INDEPENDENT Studio in house. In quiet area 900m from the beach.
With a parking space in the property and near the pool.
The studio consists of a kitchen for cooking and a lounge area with a sofa that converts into a bed very quickly (rapido bed). The bathroom has a shower, sink, W. C and a washing machine laundry.
The terrace is very nice and can be protected from the sun by an electric blind, allowing to eat outside at any time.

Hôtes au top! Le studio est proche de la plage. Les hôtes sont très sympas et présents pour le moindre problème. Ils sont même venus nous chercher à la gare. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Nous recommandons grandement le logement pour les vacances !

Très bien accueillis, la propriétaire est venue nous chercher à la gare toute proche. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour et avons découvert une belle région. Seul regret: séjour trop court. A recommander! Nous reviendrons l'an prochain. Michel

super séjour à Saint-Raphaël

Nous avons loué un des studios indépendants dans cette maison très agréable, avec des propriétaires charmants, à la fois discrets et bienveillants. L'emplacement et le cadre sont idéaux, avec une très grande piscine. La terrasse privative est un vrai plus, avec un store électrique qui permet de manger dehors à l'ombre à tout moment de la journée. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui reste d'un très bon rapport qualité prix. Claire et Jérémie

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez les Bozzini, les propriétaires ont été agréables avec nous et attentifs à nos demandes. La terrasse du studio est très appréciable, la piscine est très grande et peu occupée. Le seul bémol pour nous a été le wifi. Contrairement à ce qu'il est indiqué dans l'annonce et à ce que nous avait confirmé les propriétaires, le wifi est bien présent dans l'enceinte de la villa mais on ne le capte pas dans le studio, uniquement à la piscine (en ce qui concerne nos accès). Ne vous attendez pas à avoir une connexion dans le studio. A part sur ce point, l'annonce était conforme à la description et nous avons passé un super séjour à Saint-Raphaël !

Studio très agréable , calme, sans vis à vis, indépendant de la villa des propriétaires . Le store électrique sur la terrasse permet de prendre tous ses repas, même par grosse chaleur, a l extérieur. Studio tout équipé et propre. Belle piscine qui permet de se reposer en toute tranquillité car elle est partagée que par quelques locataires. Les proprietaires sont très serviables et accueillants. Vacances sans voiture pour nous ! A recommander .

Studio bien équipé avec une terrasse très agréable, ombragée grâce à un store électrique, place de parking sécurisé. Les propriétaires ,Bernard et Jeanne Marie ,sont à l'écoute tout en restant discrets.L'accueil est chaleureux et convivial. La piscine est très grande, on peut y prendre le soleil mais il y a aussi des arbres pour les amateurs d'ombre. On peut facilement se rendre à pieds en ville comme à la plage. On circule facilement pour trouver des petites criques le long de la corniche d'or. A recommander. Philippe et Edith
