Four shared parking spaces are available on site. One pet is allowed. Events and smoking are not permitted inside. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away and public transport is within walking distance. Please note that air conditioning and bath towels are not provided. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee. A security deposit is required upon arrival; please provide a cheque. The property uses water-saving devices, energy-efficient lighting and sustainable insulation materials. Waste sorting instructions are available on site to help you dispose of your waste properly.
