Welcome to the Eicho 33 vacation home at the Eichholz Farm in Waren (Müritz).



1. A quick note before we begin:
Our vacation home is a place for rest and relaxation; therefore, we do not rent to contractors or to groups planning celebrations (e.g., bachelor/bachelorette parties, parties, or large family gatherings). Unfortunately, we cannot accept such bookings.

This charming vacation home offers ample space for up to 8 people with its generous 156 m² of living space. Designed as a detached single-family home, you’ll enjoy privacy, an idyllic lifestyle, and a genuine “home away from home” feeling—ideal for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
The house spans two floors, creating a pleasant balance between shared spaces and private retreats.

2. Living & Relaxing on the Ground Floor
On the first floor, you’ll find a bright, inviting living room with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a smart TV—perfect for social evenings, relaxing movie nights, or cozy conversations by the fireplace with a glass of wine.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy meals together., Whether it’s a leisurely breakfast or a cozy dinner, enjoyment comes naturally here.
A bathroom with an accessible shower, wall-mounted toilet, and a vanity with a cabinet completes the first floor and provides additional comfort.
The entire first floor, as well as the large bathroom on the upper floor, is equipped with underfloor heating and offers cozy warmth in every season.

3. Retreats on the Upper Floor
The upper floor features three cozy bedrooms that promise restful nights:

• Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds
• One bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed
The spacious bathroom, featuring a shower, corner bathtub, and large vanity area with bathroom cabinetry, invites you to relax and unwind after an active day of vacation.

4. Sunroom & Practical Extras
A special highlight is the 24 m² sunroom—a sheltered spot that invites you to linger even on cooler days., Whether for meals in natural light, relaxing hours with a view of the greenery, or quiet moments in between—here you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

5. Especially convenient for active vacationers
Bicycles can be stored safely and sheltered from the weather in the sunroom—ideal for setting out on a bike ride in the surrounding area at any time.

6. Safe & convenient parking
A covered carport parking space is available right on the property.
The parking space is monitored by video surveillance, offering you an added level of comfort and security during your stay.

7. Modern & Well-Connected
Of course, you don’t have to do without digital conveniences even while on vacation:
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the vacation home—ideal for planning your excursions, sharing your vacation experiences, or simply browsing the web at your leisure.
