Developed on two levels, it is composed as follows :

Ground floor:
-living room and dining room 
-large terrace furnished with table and chairs with wonderful sea view
-equipped kitchen which has access to a patio
-double bedroom and bathroom

First floor:
-double bedroom with private bathroom
-two twin bedrooms and a further bathroom.

This property is equipped with a TV, washing machine, barbecue, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.




The villa is ideal for groups who want a holiday in a quiet, sunny and unspoiled and at the same time just minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Osalla and Cala Cartoe to mention the nearest ones, as well as for those with children to allow them to play freely and in complete serenity in their own backyard.
The services and the beach of Cala Gonone are in the immediate vicinity, respectively at 500 and 1,300 meters.

Check-in/Check-out info:
Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): €50.00
Late check out (after 10.00): charge of an additional night's stay.

-kitchenette and dishes(to be left tidy and clean otherwise a supplement of €50.00 will be applied).

Not included in the rental price and to be paid on the spot:
-linen hire upon notice: €20.00 per person.
-small pets: always on request, €50.00 per week.
-tourist tax(mandatory) to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality.
-security deposit(mandatory): €200.00. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; upon its return, the accommodation must be free of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
