Are you looking for a unique vacation home near the sea? The holiday house "Xiprer" is located on the west coast of Sardinia, about three kilometers from the charming old town of Alghero, nestled in a large olive grove. The vacation home is part of a historic 17th-century Landhouse. It features its own independent entrance and garden, offering guests privacy, freedom, tranquility, and relaxation.
The house is the ideal base for excursions to the town, with its delightful restaurants, cafes, boutiques, as well as to the beautiful white or rocky beaches, and finally to the diverse and culturally rich inland areas of the island.
The characteristic features and original materials of the Landhouse were incorporated during the renovation and complemented by a simple and fresh interior.
The holiday house "Xiprer" is for travelers seeking something special.
In the winter months, additional heating costs of €1.50/ per hour will be charged locally depending on the tenant's personal needs.
The final cleaning fee of €75 will be paid in cash upon arrival.

The most beautiful gem just a short ride from the centre of Alghero. The house is decorated with so much attention for detail, we could not wish for more. The wonderful hosts made our stay perfect and we became a big Fan of this house surrounded by olive trees.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully designed villa in Sardinia. The property was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully appointed, and clearly cared for, making it a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.Communication with the host was excellent, friendly, prompt, and helpful, which made everything feel easy from start to finish. The outdoor space, was perfect for enjoying meals.The location was also close enough to Alghero to enjoy its great food, restaurants, and atmosphere while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The property is approximately 30mins drive to some lovely beaches. Highly recommend it.

Daniela’s home is truly exquisite. The house is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, with gorgeous details, high vaulted ceilings, and everything we could possibly need. It’s perfectly located just outside the old town walls of Alghero, so you have peace and quiet while still being very close to everything.We loved the beautiful olive orchard, outdoor dining space, and picking fresh figs right from the tree!Most of all, Daniela was an incredible host: warm, generous, helpful, and genuinely lovely to get to know. We had a wonderful time and couldn’t recommend this place more. Anyone lucky enough to stay here is in for a treat!

We had a wonderful stay. Had planned to stay 4 nights but couldn’t bring ourselves to leave so extended for our last night in Sardinia. If we hadn’t needed to get on our return flight we might still be there. Communication was easy and the hospitality warm. The apartment was very comfortable and well thought out. We ended up doing more self catering than we had initially planned as the kitchen and dining area were so inviting. Lots of privacy and the outdoor sitting area was lovely. We will be back. We hope.

The house is beautiful ! Well furnished, decorated with a lot of taste. There is all you need ! Hosts are very nice. We recommand firmly. Since it is in the country site ( beautiful and near Alghero city), you need a car.

A Peaceful Oasis

This is a beautiful property. A ancient farm building restored by the architect owner. It is modern and clean inside. Located in a peaceful rural setting but only 5 minutes from Alghero. Owners live next door and are friendly and very helpful

A perfect stay in Alghero

This is a wonderful house in a beautiful location and with great hosts. Our family had such a delightful time and would return in a heartbeat. It is located in a peaceful olive grove and just a five-minute drive to bustle of town with its restaurants and shops. The place has everything you need, including a well stocked kitchen. We prepared nice meals and sat outside on the terrace to have dinner under the setting sun. The beds are comfortable and the design impeccable. This place is an absolute gem!

Daniela and Gianfranco’s house was exactly as shown and described. Located just minutes away from the center of Alghero, it offers a great position for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being very close to the city. Little paradise near Alghero

Daniela and Gianfranco are the nicest people we have ever met in Italy. Their house is a real paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is very well equipped, ideal even for longer stays. The location is perfect if you want to explore the west coast of the island. There are several supermarkets within 10 minutes, and the center of Alghero is a 15-minute drive away. Within an hour, you can reach the town of Bosa, the Neptune Cave, and La Pelos beach, but there are also many beautiful beaches within 15-20 minutes. We really hope to come back here again.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis par Daniela et son mari. Notre chien a pu sortir dans la grande oliveraie qui entoure le logement. Le logement est idéalement placé, à deux pas d’Alghero, tout en étant dans la nature. L’accès se fait par un chemin de terre. Le logement est spacieux et confortable.Le matin, nous profitions de la terrasse et de la multitude de chant d’oiseaux pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Un vrai plaisir.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans la maison Xiprer. Annonce et photos totalement conformes à la description. Rien ne manque ! Les propriétaires sont adorables, disponibles et discrets. Nous avons passer une super semaine, le logement était spacieux , propre et fonctionnel avec beaucoup de cachet . L’environnement est paisible et agréable et se trouve à côté de la ville . Nous vous recommandons ce logement sans hésitez, cerise sur le gâteaux les hôtes ont été exceptionnel

Der Aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön! Wir wurden herzlich von Daniela willkommen geheißen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und genau so toll, wie auf den Fotos. Auch die Lage ist wunderbar. Mitten in Olivenhainen, aber nah zu Alghero (lediglich ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zum Hafen/zur Altstadt), zu verschiedenen Traumstränden und Naturschutzgebieten wie Porto Conte. Kurz gesagt: ein perfekter Traumurlaub in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Casa muy mona en medio del campo. Tienen un jardín muy grande con olivos, espacio muy tranquilo y relajado.La casa sencilla y bien decorada.Al llegar, los dueños tienen un perro que te tiene que saludar y salta un poco. Si no eres per friendly quizás no te guste eso. Daniela y Gianfranco fueron muy agradables y atentos. Hasta nos llevaron el primer día al centro porque no encontrábamos taxi.Nos recomendaron sitios y playas.Hacía mucho calor (como en todos lados) y quizás faltaría algún ventilador más, aunque por la noche y mañana si abrías las ventas y puertas corría aire bueno.En resumen, unas vacaciones geniales, volveremos a repetir.
