Wir reden hier von einer Erdgeschoss-FeWo mit Garten. Diese im Bereich der Schlafzimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind leider mehr als eine Zumutung, da diese Knüppelhart sind. Da kann man auch direkt auf dem Boden schlafen. Beim Einschalten des Whirlpools kam ne ordentliche Ladung Dreck aus den Düsen. Die Ausstattung des Essbereiches ist nicht für die Anzahl der möglichen Gäste ausgelegt (4 Sitzplätze). Im Garten zwischen Haus und Hecke sowie an den Stellplätzen (Garage) wird Bauschutt gelagert, sieht nicht sehr einladend aus. Ein Tisch auf der Terasse würde das abendliche zusammensitzen abrunden und das Abstellen von Getränken beispielsweise ermöglichen. Trotz vorheriger Reinigung plagten uns Fruchtfliegen - Ursache nicht gefunden. Achja, ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre ratsam. Alles in allem ist da sehr viel Potential nach oben.
