Vacation home 90 sqm with terrace

Our detached non-smoking holiday home can be used alone and is quietly located on the outskirts of Zwiesel. The house with approx. 90 sqm of living space was partially renovated in spring 2024 and has, among other things, a new kitchen, a beautiful tiled stove (wood available), a conservatory with underfloor heating, a spacious terrace with barbecue facilities, a spacious garden and a large car parking space. Wi-Fi, bread roll service (except Sundays and public holidays), baby travel cot and high chair free of charge Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, 50% will be charged. For later cancellations, 100% of the overnight price will be charged. The deposit is 50% of the overnight price. Arrival is possible between 15:00 and 01:00. Departure is possible between 01:00 and 10:00. The keys are handed over via a key safe. You will receive the code in good time before arrival. City tax: per person and day 3.60EUR, children 1.80 EUR 2 pets are allowed, for a fee of 6.00EUR per pet/night A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request.
