This spacious two-storey property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 people. This holiday home is ideal for larger groups. The villa offers a generous living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are five spacious bedrooms, and an additional sleeping area can be created in the large space under the stairs, where there is enough room for extra beds for additional guests.



The villa is close to several beaches, such as Lloret, Fenals, Canyelles, and Santa Cristina. In the vicinity, you will find numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets, a weekly Tuesday market, and an amusement park. Recommended excursions include trips to Girona and Barcelona.



Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed (for a fee). Smoking and organizing events are not permitted. You are asked not to disturb the neighbors and to keep the house quiet during your stay (no noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.).



Towels and beach towels can be provided (available for an extra fee). Transfer to or from Barcelona or Girona airport is possible (available for an extra fee). Please note that government water measures may be in effect during your stay, which may limit the use of the pool, garden watering, or tap water.
