Cozy vacation apartment with south-facing balcony and lake view

With its furnished south-facing balcony and lake view, our vacation rental is the perfect place for three people to relax and unwind. It features a bedroom with a double bed, to which we can add an extra children’s or baby bed upon request. The spacious sleeping alcove, featuring a cozy 1.40 x 2.00 m bunk bed, can also accommodate two people and is located directly in the living and dining area. The 63-square-meter vacation apartment on the first floor is allergy-friendly and designed to be child-friendly according to Family Villages quality criteria; it features a spacious entryway with a dining area, seating, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker, as well as a kettle and toaster. So you can travel light and feel right at home, our vacation apartment is stocked with towels, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets. A shared washing machine is also available for a fee. Rest and Relaxation A vacation for two or with the family... We warmly invite you to our family-friendly vacation home overlooking Lake Brombach and Lake Igelsbach. There’s a large garden with a barbecue area; a slide, trampoline, swing set, playhouse, table tennis, go-karts, tractors, and tricycles offer plenty of variety and fun for the kids. Small animals such as goats, rabbits, and cats are happy to be petted. - Washing machine available - Bed linens and towels included. Payment is due on-site in cash or as a deposit via bank transfer. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is possible by 9:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A travel crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The tourist tax of 1.65 EUR per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged additionally on site. Applicable fees (washing machine).
