The vacation apartment is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.
The open-concept living and sleeping area features a modern design and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that blends seamlessly into the space.
Here you’ll find everything you need—from a ceramic cooktop and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment to a dishwasher and a coffee maker.
Equipped with a large bed (180 x 200 cm), a 55-inch QLED TV, satellite TV, and a Marshall Actone II Bluetooth speaker.
A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower/toilet and a sink rounds out the amenities.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected even while on vacation.
Furthermore, the entire apartment is a non-smoking property.
Pets are not allowed.

The apartment includes a parking space (No. 5) and a storage room.
The lockable storage room (in the small outbuilding) offers plenty of space for 2 bicycles plus 2 sets of surfing equipment and features a closet for storage. A clothes rack, toolbox, and a bicycle floor pump (for all valve types) are provided.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you may rent them for a fee.
Key pickup for the property takes place at the Zingst Room Exchange by 5:00 p.m.!
