Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und war gut ausgestattet. Wäre nur schön wenn im Flur eine Ablage für Schlüssel etc wäre. Und die Tiefgarage ist mit einem Kombi oder SUV doch etwas eng gebaut. Weiter netter Kontakt mit der Verwaltung . Außerdem sehr geeignet für Hundehalter da der Hundestrand nur circa 50 m von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Eigentlich eine 5 ⭐️ Wohnung.Super Lage zum Strand und auch Einkauf und Gastronomie war in der Nähe. Balkon toll. Eine Seite ins Land, die andere mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Absolute Strandnähe. Den Punkt Abzug gibt es für das sehr kleine Badezimmer.
