The holiday flat is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in the village centre. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the garden and its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: garden furniture.

Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house.
