The interior doors are also generously wide. The apartment is accessible via stairs or the building's elevator.

A parking space is available directly in front of the building. A tasteful, light-filled, modern, and welcoming atmosphere awaits you. You'll notice the attention to detail from the moment you arrive, and a stay in this wonderful apartment will allow you to forget the stresses of everyday life. The apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a large 55" Smart TV, and a soundbar. Adjacent to the living room is the custom-designed open-plan kitchen, equipped with dishes and appliances. Even the most enthusiastic cooks will find everything they need here. The apartment also boasts a generous balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast or relaxing at the end of the day. If the weather isn't cooperating, you can enjoy the evenings in front of the cozy and romantic wood-burning stove in the living room. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses, one with a soft side and the other with a firmer side. The master bedroom has a double bed and a 32" Smart TV. The bathroom features a wide, walk-in shower, accessible through a door approximately 1.20 meters wide, as well as a bathtub.

Petersdorf is located in the west of the beautiful island of Fehmarn. The beach in Bojendorf is approximately 3 km away. The nearest major shopping facilities are about 400 meters away, offering a variety of shops, supermarkets such as Edeka and Aldi, a bakery, small boutiques, hairdressers, a doctor, and a physiotherapy practice. Small restaurants and cafés invite you to linger. The beautiful Petersdorf church is worth a visit.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation. Suitable for people with reduced mobility. In the main building (with elevator).
