Zu zweit auf Fehmarn

Erstmal positiv war die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt zum Yachthafen & Hafen Burgstaaken. Der Südstrand & der Yachthafen mit all den Möglichkeiten die beide bieten sind fußläufig innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar.Der erste Eindruck war bei Betreten der Wohnung gut. Beim genaueren Hinsehen war es dann leider nicht mehr so gut. Die Kitchenette, der Einbauschrank & auch der Esstisch sind schon recht "abgewohnt". Darüber hätten wir aber hinweg gesehen, wenn die Sauberkeit gestimmt hätte.Leider fanden wir diverse Spuren von Vormietern z.B.auf und unter dem Esstisch, an der Eingangstüre zur Wohnung (die sich in der Kitchenette befindet), auf den im Wohnzimmer bereit gelegten Decken & auch Haare & Krümel auf dem Teppich. Am Schlimmsten war aber das Badezimmer. Die Fugen der Dusche sind sehr vergilbt und die Laufschienen der Duchkabine waren teilweise mit Schimmel versehen. Einzelne Dichtungen sind defekt. Krönung war aber die Badezimmertüre von innen. Diese liegt direkt neben der Toilette, deren Spülrand auch nicht gründlich mit einer Bürste gereinigt worden war, die Türe war mit gelben Spritzern von "Stehpinklern" verziert. Staub gewischt wurde nicht gut. Wir haben erstmal Putzmittel, Handschuhe & Desinfektionsmittel gekauft & die Wohnung für unsere Ansprüche gereinigt. Den Vermieter haben wir über diese sehr unschöne & unbefriedigende Vorfindesituation informiert. Er hat sich entschuldigt & höflich bedankt & wollte dies mit dem Reinigungsservice besprechen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung war optimal und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung fiel die Küchenzeile etwas klein aus, aber bis auf einen Backofen (der keinen Platz mehr hätte) war alles vorhanden, sogar ein Geschirrspüler. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett und freundlich.

Schöne Lage der Ferienwohnung

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt, wie das heute oft üblich ist, kontaktlos. Bis auf den ersten Tag war das Wetter hervorragend. Dadurch konnten wir von der Wohnung jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang und den Blick auf die ein- und auslaufenden Segelboote genießen.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut. Wir konnten jeden Tag Fahrrad fahren und uns die Insel anschauen.

Regatta

Wunderschön der Blick über die Einfahrt zum Binnensee. So entgeht einem kein Schiff und kein Segler, Surfer oder Kiter auf dem Wasser. Der Balkon lud zum Sonnenbad ein, litt ein wenig unter Vogelkot. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Eine vernünftige Bratpfanne und weitere Ablageflächen und Haken in dem kleinen Bad wurden allerdings vermisst.

Schöne Fewo in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Sandstrand beim Yachthafen im Süden Fehmarns. Vom Balkon kann man die ein- und auslaufenden Boote und Schiffe und bei gutem Wetter den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Am Yachthafen ist ein kleiner Markt, der morgens frische Brötchen verkauft. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, hat aber alles was man braucht, u.a. starkes WLAN, Smart TV, Buchauswahl, Radio/CD-Player mit iPhone-Dock und eine kleine Küche. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen!

Tolle Wohnung in top Lage

Die Wohnung ist total toll. Der Blick vom Balkon ist reizend, besonders die Sonnenuntergänge! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Urlaubswünsche offen. Die sehr zahlreichen Möven sind wahnsinnig mitteilsam, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat :) Ich komme gerne wieder :)

Ok, der erste Eindruck der 70er Jahre Bauten haut jetzt nicht so um, aber das Einraumappartement mit der schönen und zweckmäßigen Ausstattung und dem Blick aufs Meer umso mehr. Eine schöne Basis für Entdeckungstouren oder Spaziergänge am Hafen inkl. Stellplatz für das Auto. Das separate Bad ist schön ausgestattet. Und endlich mal Schalen, die ein ordentliches Müsli aufnehmen können. Auch hier ist die Geschirrbestückung top. Und nicht zu vergessen die Spülmaschine 😎. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super. Wir haben sogar noch viele gute Tipps bekommen. Danke für den netten Kontakt und den Blick aufs Meer 😊.
