Inside, you'll find a living area with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, a functional kitchenette, a bathroom with a bathtub, and separate toilet.



In the heart of this seaside resort known for its unique architecture and sandy beaches, the location is ideal for shops, restaurants, and water activities nearby. The residence also offers direct beach access for your convenience.



Between 2025 and 2026, the property was renovated: studios modernized, common areas refreshed, and the garden redesigned. Free private parking is available—a real plus in La Grande-Motte. Baby cot and fans are available only upon request before arrival.
