Very beautiful single-family house "Villa Es Mariniaux". In a secluded, quiet position, 5 km from the sea, 4.6 km from the beach. Private: garden 2'950 m2. Garden furniture. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, bar 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Centre" 2.5 km, sandy beach "Plage du Bechet" 4.6 km, thermal baths "Emeria Dinard" 8.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.5 km, surf school 5 km, sailing school 5 km. Nearby attractions: St Malo, Dinan, Mont st Michel. Groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Dinard, 9 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
