It has two bedrooms located on the ground floor. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size double bed (200x200 cm), blackout curtains for restful nights, a wardrobe, and access to the terrace. Start your day with a wonderful view of the marina.
The second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds (each 100x200 cm), a chest of drawers, and blackout curtains.
The holiday home also features a Finnish sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Opposite the sauna is a modern bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, you'll find the living and dining area with the kitchen. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern appliances and ideal for culinary evenings. The stylishly furnished living area invites you to relax with a smart TV and a sofa bed.
Adjacent to the living area is the balcony. Enjoy the evenings on the comfortable garden furniture or have a great barbecue.
The highlight of the house is the roof terrace with its spectacular panoramic water views. An unforgettable view awaits you, encompassing the Schlei fjord, the Schlei estuary, the Baltic Sea, and the harbor basin of the OstseeResort Olpenitz – perfect for admiring sunsets and the starry sky.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the jetty.
If you'd like to arrive by boat, "Baltic Home" is the perfect place for you. A mooring berth, as well as access to electricity and water, is located right next to the houseboat.
