Beautiful, comfortable house "Pintada", 2 storeys, detached, renovated in 2024. On the outskirts, 2.7 km from the centre of Villasimius, 350 m from the sea, 350 m from the beach. Private: large garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Motor access to 150 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Public parking 150 m. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 3 km, sandy beach "Is Traias" 350 m. Marina 4.7 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: Punta Molentis 4 km, Costa Rei 13 km, Cagliari 57 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Pintada", 4-room villa 90 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 induction hot plates, kettle) with dining table, TV and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: open, with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the terrace. Small terrace 15 m2, large garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue.
