The property was clean and large in an industrial neighborhood. Transit was super easy to use. The location had a washing machine AND a dryer! Communication was a little rough as the owner only messaged in German, but they included videos with all the information. Our only struggle was that we were relying on wi-fi for our kids schoolwork, but something happened with the internet and we had to text 2 times to find out that it wouldn’t be working during our stay.

Anbindung durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist optimal Die Wohnung ist schön groß, aber leider sind fast alle Steckdosen locker, funktionieren nicht oder es fehlt die Abdeckung. Die Sicherheit der elektrischen Anlage sollte überprüft werden.Auch der Lüfter in der Toilette funktioniert nicht.Leider gab es nur Plastetassen und Plastebecher, Gläser und Porzellantassen gehören meiner Meinung nach zur Grundausstattung einer Ferienwohnung.Ein persönlicher Kontakt bei Mängeln ( z.B. kein WLAN) wäre gut gewesen.Heizung hat gut funktioniert und die Wohnung war warm genug, nur im Bad fehlte der Heizkörper.

Sehr geräumig, gut wenn man mit mehreren Personen unterwegs ist. Riesiges Wohnzimmer / Aufenthaltsraum, man kann sich gut auf verschiedene Zimmer verteilen. In der Küche ist das vorhanden, was man an Basiseinrichtung braucht, wenn auch recht einfach. Aber schön grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspülmaschine, Tabs bereitgestellt. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine. Check-In sehr unkompliziert, mit Erklärvideo vorab. S-Bahn Haltestelle gibt es in Karlsfeld, aber ein Stück zu laufen oder mit Bus/Auto 10 Min. Fewo ist in einem Industriegebiet angesiedelt. Es wurde nebenan gebaut, da war es morgens ab 7 oder 8 Uhr etwas laut, aber wen das nicht stört. Wir kamen gut klar. Ortsrand, Felder mit tollen Feld-/Radwegen direkt nebenan, man könnte bis Oberschleißheim zu Fuss laufen. Echt toll zum abends spazieren gehen.

Alles wunderbar!

Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war die Ferienwohnung perfekt geeignet. Die Lage am Ortsrand war super, weil wir direkt mit unserem Hund im Grünen waren. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung nach München und Umgebung ist gut.Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, bot genug Platz und alles Benötigte war da.Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich.

Sehr tolle Ferienwohnung am Rand von München

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung, ist sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit Vermieter unkompliziert, reagiert sehr schnell. Guter Start-Punkt für Erkundungen rund um München. Kommen gerne wieder :(

Günstiger, ruhiger Aufenthalt mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Der Vermieter ist bei Anfragen sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und bemüht. Die Küchenausstattung müsste allerdings dringend verändert werden: Trinkbecher aus Plastik, die nicht unter die einzige Kaffeekapselmaschine passen. Küchengeschirr keineswegs ausreichend vorhanden. Auch müsste in den kalten Tagen (die wir leider hatten) eine Heizmöglichkeit gegeben sein.
