The holiday apartment is furnished with exclusive carpentry and flooded with light in a modern Scandinavian country house style. In addition, the apartment has panels on the walls with integrated and indirect lighting for the nights, creating a cosy atmosphere that invites you to relax. A long bench with a view of the harbour gives the room a cosy spaciousness and freedom.

Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the 65-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, which invites you to enjoy cosy film evenings.



The generously equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here. The balcony with a fantastic view of the water is ideal for barbecues.



The shower room has a large walk-in shower and a washing machine.



The stylishly furnished bedroom, equipped with a cosy double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a 43-inch TV and a comfortable desk, promises relaxing holiday nights.



There is a private car parking space behind the house.



The residential and commercial building was built in Scandinavian style. The apartments can be reached from the outside via the arcades or alternatively conveniently via the lift.

This is a holiday apartment on the first floor. The new harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll. The Ciao Bella restaurant, which is located below the apartment, deserves a special mention here, giving the time spent on the balcony a Mediterranean flair.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
