Even bad weather loses its dread when you can sit in front of a crackling fire with a glass of red wine.<br>The entire living area features hardwood floors and underfloor heating. A flat-screen TV with a home entertainment system provides entertainment when needed.<br><br>The floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the apartment and offer an unparalleled view of the Schlei and the Baltic Sea from both the living and dining areas.<br><br>The modern built-in kitchen offers everything a home cook could desire. It features a white sandy beach with separate sections for naturists and dogs. There’s a kiosk there, as well as the “Lobster” beach restaurant, where you can rent beach chairs. Kiteboarders and surfers will find a true paradise for their hobbies here.<br><br>The apartment is part of the newly built Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort.
