This beautiful accommodation is located between the seas and offers a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the marina of the Baltic Sea resort. The holiday home impresses with its direct waterfront location and has two spacious terraces where you can enjoy the sun, experience romantic sunsets and feel the refreshing sea breeze.



The light-flooded rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows give you a clear view of the hustle and bustle on the Schlei and passing sailing ships. At the same time, the reeds of the nature reserve on the shore sway gently in the wind and create a relaxed atmosphere.



Whether it's a romantic dinner for two or a cosy barbecue with friends on the spacious terraces, you can unwind and feel the water in the immediate vicinity with a guaranteed sunset atmosphere.



A cosy wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth even in the cold Nordic weather, while the Telekom home entertainment programme provides the best entertainment. The underfloor heating guarantees additional comfort.



The fully equipped kitchen with a view of the harbour leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook and enjoy.



A comfortable double bed with a view of the Schlei awaits you in the master bedroom, while the two single beds in the second bedroom can easily be pushed together if required.



The bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bath, which also offers you an unobstructed view of the Schlei and ensures relaxing moments of wellness.



The absolute highlight and our favourite spot is on the second floor. There you will find a Finnish sauna for 2-4 people, a large shower, a gallery with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 more holidaymakers and an impressive, directly adjoining roof terrace for that all-round wellness feeling. From this south-facing roof terrace, you can enjoy a phenomenal panoramic view of the Schlei, its estuary into the Baltic Sea, the Schleimündung lighthouse and the marina of the Baltic Sea resort. The gallery offers you a sheltered living space above things, which provides a unique all-round view of the water. What more could you want from the sea?



On the ground floor, the house has a guest WC with washing machine.



The holiday home Meeresbrise is a semi-detached house. There are two car parking spaces and a bicycle shed in front of the house.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
