Elevator service -The board has been advised that the elevators installed on the exterior of the building are actually interior elevators that were not intended for exterior use. As such, the elevators experience a significantly higher number of service calls and actual down time than normal elevators. Whenever one of the elevators goes down for service, residents will experience higher waiting times for the elevator to respond (e.g. it could take 15-30 minutes for the remaining elevator to cover all 40 floors, top to bottom)

“Owners should advise their renters and guest of this situation so that the extra wait time for the elevators can be allotted for whenever needed."

Recently there have not been no complaints or problems with the elevators.

The view is spectacular!

I stayed at this studio in late February, and it was beautiful. I could literally watch the sunrise and sunset from the bed. I was traveling alone for a conference and it was perfect.

The studio is small, but perfect for one person or maybe a couple. The elevator was broken (1 of 2), so it made waiting a little annoying.

All in all, the studio was great! Clean space, gorgeous view, central location with easy access to the beach. I will absolutely look to stay here again if I return!

Nice view, well equipped appartment!

The appartment is perfect, the view is amazing and you can easily walk to the beach. The only thing is that the elevator is often out of service ( it happened twice in four days). You need to be in good shape to climb the 30 floors!

Ideal location near Waikiki and Ala Moana. Panoramic ocean view. Ample amenities for eating and entertainment. Pool and heated sauna. Covered, reserved parking. Historical issues with elevator reliability continue to inconvenience guests.

Good enough for what we paid.

We stayed 7 nights in the condo and here were our positives/negatives:

+: value of the condo for the price we paid was good, great view, perfect walking distance to quite a few places, little kitchenette was nice - used the fridge and toaster oven often, TV and wifi was very nice to have, fast response from rental property when communicating via email!

-: bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom shower curtain may need to be replaced, elevators were slow and one would get stuck, window air conditioner worked but rattled
