Zum Holzknecht is a comfortable detached house in a unique location, right next to the ski slope and hiking area in Usseln. This spacious home has everything you need for a wonderful holiday in beautiful Sauerland! The property is situated in the Diemelsee Nature Park, about 4 km from the well-known winter sports resort of Willingen. Whether you want to hike, cycle, go cross-country skiing or downhill skiing in this nature reserve – all of this is possible within just two minutes.



Inside, you will find three spacious double bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds. Each bedroom features its own washbasin, a desk, and a large wardrobe. There is also a large bedroom for six people with two box-spring beds and two bunk beds, also equipped with a desk and a large wardrobe. Opposite the four bedrooms are three wellness bathrooms, each with a steam shower, washbasin, and toilet. One bathroom also includes an infrared corner sauna, and another has a bathtub.



The holiday home is located in a protected nature area, where both residents and visitors come to enjoy peace and nature. Excessive noise or any form of disturbance is not permitted. Quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. Parties, student gatherings, bachelor events, or drinking parties are strictly prohibited at this property.

Schönes Haus in super Lage für große Gruppe.

Pros: Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz für eine große Gruppe. Badezimmer und Toiletten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Aufenthaltsraum / Wohnzimmer mit Bar ist sehr geräumig mit viel Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle. Der Außenbereich ist auch in Biergartenoptik schön gepflegt. Es kann gegrillt werden. Cons: Der Platz im Kühlschrank ist für große Gruppen ungeeignet wenn Getränke und Nahrungsmittel gekühlt werden müssen. Ein weiterer Kühlschrank unter der Bar hat nicht funktioniert und wurde daher nicht genutzt von uns. Die Heizung war deaktiviert und konnte nicht an gemacht werden. Es war Nachts etwas kühl so, da das Wetter trotz August nicht mitgespielt hat.

Het is een héél leuk huis op een fantastische plek.

Pros: Het huis heeft véél raam......en daardoor is uit elk raam het uitzicht adembenemend..... Vanuit huis prachtige wandelpaden. Leuk kroegje onderaan de helling bij het huis. Cons: Niets op aan te merken......
