3-room semi-detached house 84 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Die Unterkunft war ausreichend für 4 Personen für eine Woche, wenn man aber länger Ferien dort machen würde wäre es etwas eng, die Schränke in den Zimmern sind etwas zu klein besonders wenn man mit Kind und im Winter dort wäre, der Kühlschrank war etwas defekt da könnte man etwas dran tun. Auflagen für die Stühle draußen wären auch schön gewesen. Das Behinderten Badezimmer ist schön groß aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen nicht sehr sauber.

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen das saubere und geräumige Haus bewohnt und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!!! Ditzumverlaat ist zwar ein Dorf mit einem Supermarkt aber wir haben alles in Ditzum erledigt!!

Das ist ein neuwertiges sauber geführtes Haus in einer ruhig gelegenen Sackgasse. In der näheren Umgebung sind verschiedene Radwege z B. Die Dollartroute, der Ems Radweg oder die Deutsche Fernroute. Fußläufig ist ein kleines Geschäft, wo es fast alles gibt.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Guter Standort für Ausflüge. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs, zwischen Norddeich, Aurich, Leer und Papenburg. Viel zu sehen.
