È stata una bellissima vacanza. La casa si trova 5 min. a piedi dal mare. È situata nel verde e molto curata .L'appartamento è abbastanza grande, luminoso , e anche fresco, con l'entrata indipendente. Siamo trovati molto bene.Ci ritorneremo di sicuro

Incantevole oasi di pace

La casa è molto fresca e ventilata, circondata dal verde di un giardino rigoglioso e curato. La casa è accessoriata di tutto. La zona, pur essendo a due passi dal mare, dal supermercato e dalle varie attività di Via Roma, gode di una quiete e di un silenzio positivamente sorprendenti. I proprietari sono una presenza rassicurante, ma discreta. Assolutamente consigliato.

Schöne, große, gut ausgestatte...

Schöne, große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung im 1. OG mit Balkonen nach drei Seiten. Trotz der zentralen Lage (Nähe zum Meer mit Spielplätzen für Kinder, zu Einkaufs–möglichkeiten und Restaurants, zu Ver–kehrsachsen und öffentlichen Verkehrs–mitteln) liegt das Haus in einer grünen, total ruhigen Umgebung. Dass Wäsche mitzubringen ist, ist unge–wohnt, ebenso das Fehlen eines TV–Gerätes. Reisetipps: Marina di Massa ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ziele entlang der Versiliaküste zwischen Viareggio und Lérici /La Spezia und weiter nach Portovenere und in die Cinque Terre. Aber auch im bergigen Hinterland, an der Via dei Colli mit bestem Blick auf die Marmorbrüche von Carrara und gleichzeitig aufs Meer, mit hübschen alten Bergdörfern und herrlicher Natur liegen lohnende Ziele. Wer die wunderbare Stadt Luca oder auch Pisa besuchen will, sollte sich jeweils einen ganzen langen Tag vornehmen.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden da wir mit Enkelkindern unterwegs waren habe ich immer eine warme Mahlzeit gekocht Das Geschirr war ausreichend bis auf paar kleine Kleinigkeiten da haben wir inprofisiert .Sehr nette Hausbewohner .Sehr schönist die Lage der Unterkunft Supermarkt und Strand Nähe war perfekt.Jeder muß sich seinen Urlaub selber bissl gestalten um ein perfekten Urlaub zu haben. Reisetipps: Sehenswert ist Pisa und die ganze Umgebung .Wer hat schon so eine Aussicht man ist am Meer im Hintergrund ein wunderschönes Gebirge und um diese Jahreszeit ist alles noch grün . Temperaturen um die 30 Grad.

Gut gelegenes und ruhiges Haus

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen mitten in Marina di Massa, ca. 300 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Der Vermieter müsste sich entschuldigen, weil der Fernseher fehlte bzw. nicht funktionierte, das hat er mit einer flaschen guten Barbera aus dem Land versucht wiedergutzumachen, das kommt bei uns immer gut an. Die Austattung der Wohnung ist eher einfach, dafür ist sie ruhig und richtig frisch, das ist vor allem in den wärmeren Sommermonaten ein Vorteil. Mit oder ohne Fernseher, wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen.
