Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 350 m, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 750 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 500 m.
3-room house 64 m2. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Deck chairs (2). Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Hallo,es ist ein schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus alles was man braucht ist da besonders für Hundebesitzer das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich.....die Hängematten unter den Olivenbäumen so richtig um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. LG

Sehr ruhiger Platz außerhalb der Stadt. Strand war voll, aber nicht allzuweit von der Unterkunft entfernt und angenehm zum Schwimmen mit den Hunden.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und der Garten einfach traumhaft. Es waren Hängematten, Klettergerüst, Schaukel usw. vorhanden. Bis zum Strand waren es nur ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Es war sehr ruhig, sauber und hatte alles was man für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Hunde waren auch herzlich willkommen, was ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt für uns war! :) Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal einen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus entspricht voll den Bildern beim Angebot. Der Olivenhain mit den zwei Hängematten waren unser Highlight. Supermarkt, Restaurant und Strand waren fussläufig zu erreichen. Ausstattung der Wohnung voll zufrieden stellend. Einzig die Auflagen der Sonnenliegen müssten mal erneuert werden. Mit Hund die perfekte Wohnung.

Das ist Urlaub pur

ein schönes voll eingezäuntes Gelände mit einem hübschen Häuschen. Für ein sehr gut fehlt nur wenig:, Swimmingpool oder Whirlpool zum Erfrischen. Super geeignet auch für Hundebesitzer.

Ferienhaus Ruza - sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles da von Kaffeemaschine über Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Fön... Mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen, da alles perfekt eingezäunt ist und viele Olivenbäume Schatten spenden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig an Hundegebell nachts muss man sich gewöhnen, aber das hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun, das ist in der ganzen Gegend so, weil gefühlt überall ein Hund wohnt ;-

Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Das Grundstück ist besonders gut für Hundebesitzer geeignet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Zum Ortskern läuft man zirka 10 Minuten. Alles dreht sich um den kleinen Hafen.

Traumhaft

Das Haus ist ordentlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können aber da wir die ersten Gäste dieser Saison waren war das sicherlich eine Ausnahme. Der Garten ist riesig, tischtennisplatte, Basketball-Korb und Boccia-Bahn inklusive. Der Gastgeber war super nett und hilfsbereit. Käme es für mich in Frage, zweimal im Leben den selben Urlaubsort zu besuchen wäre mein Fazit: gerne wieder.
