For shared use: property 3'000 m2, garden with plants, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 07.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, patio, arbour, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 16 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates. Obligation to wear bathing caps.

– Aussengrill: verrostet / keine Grillplatte vorhanden– Tischtennistisch: morsch / unbrauchbar– Küchenmobiliar: nicht genügend, erst recht nicht für 4 Personen– Allgemeine Hygiene: Das Haus wies etliche Spinnweben auf sowie weitere Hinweise, dass die Reinigung mangelhaft war

Fast perfektes Haus um das Piemont zu entdecken

Das Haus liegt ruhig und hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die Hügelzüge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Städtchen San Damiano d´Asti reichlich vorhanden. Die schönen mittelalterlichen Städtchen, Burgen und Schlösser und die bekannten Weingüter sind leicht zu erreichen mit Auto(!)fahrten durch die Weinberge. Das Haus und die Terasse sind gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Ebenso ist die kleine Küche durchaus geeignet, um für 5 Leute zu kochen (wer mehr als das Nötigste dazu braucht, kann einiges von zuhause mitnehmen, wie wir dies taten.) Die Besitzerin ist uns sehr freundlich und herzlich begegnet.
