Good location, nice property but a few issues.

A few things made this less than perfect. On arrival there was one toilet roll, one dishwasher tablet, one bin liner for 3 of us for a week! There were no consumables like tea, salt, pepper, oil, kitchen foil or any matches to start the log fire. This all necessitated an expensive trip to the supermarket the first day. Also nearly charged us 15 a day for wood (instead of for a week). The advert said English spoken, but the landlords spoke no English. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and I'm sure the patio would be ideal in summer.The property is attached to a restaurant, which is fine, but was only really made clear in the comments of other guests.Some lovely towns and villages to visit nearby.

Bella struttura nella campagna toscana. Ampio spazio esterno attrezzato, la pulizia in ingresso deve essere migliorata. Agriturismo con ristorante di fianco alla struttura, possibilità di avere ottimi piatti da asporto della tradizione toscana.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweitenmal in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus und werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen. Die Besitzer sind absolut liebenswürdig, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn S. kocht, kann man die ganze Bandbreite der toskanischen Küche kennenlernen, hervorragend! Auch unsere Hunde hatten viel Spaß auf dem weitläufigen Gelände. Kurzum: traumhafte Ferien bei Freunden in herrlicher Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Proximité de la mer en voiture, 15'. Au milieu d'une ferme active. Cadre naturel très reposant. Le propriétaire fait un bon vin qu'il sert aussi dans son restaurant, on peut compter sur des dîners sans prétention, avec une forte couleur locale, bien servis et copieux;

Séjour gâché par les tables d'hôtes quotidiennes données sur la terrasse mitoyenne à la maison

La maison est confortable et très bien située dans un paysage à la fois très beau et très reposant. Il y a une terrasse très agréable. Mais ce qui aurait pu être un séjour merveilleux et reposant a été gâché par le bruit, de 20h à minuit tous les soirs sauf le dimanche, des diners organisés par nos hôtes sur la terrasse mitoyenne à la maison. La fenetre de la salle de bain et le mur de la chambre donne sur cette terrasse. 30 personnes cela fait beaucoup de bruit ! Le texte de l'annonce n'était pas du tout assez explicite. Le nombre de couverts et surtout la proximité des tables est très gênant. De plus, même si les hôtes ont été très gentils, ils n'ont fait aucun cas de nos remarques concernant : la porte de la salle de bain cassée qui ne fermait pas le lave vaisselle qui fonctionnait très mal.

A recommander!

Magnifique situation avec un beau paysage depuis la location. A proximité des plages. Excellente table d'hôte du propriétaire. La maison est confortable. On peut manger à l'ombre de la terrasse. Seul inconvénient: un peu bruyant les soirs au cours desquels le propriétaire accueille les clients de la table d'hôte.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, gepfl...

Es ist ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit toller Aussicht. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt 10 KM und nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben 1,6 KM! Da waren wir etwas überrascht.Was man auch wissen sollte ist, dass die Vermieter einen Gastronomiebetrieb haben und somit JEDEN Abend Gäste in unmittelbarer Nähe bewirtet werden. Teilweise bis 1 Uhr nachts. Die ruhige Lage und dass entspannen in den Abendstunden fallen somit flach. Reisetipps: Sehr empfehlenswert ist der weisse Strand bei Vada und die Obst– und Gemüsehändler am Strassenrand.

Sehr nette Vermieter, traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse, schöne Wanderwege in direkter Umgebung! Leider war die Wohnung nicht gerade sauber. Der Vermieter bietet Essen für Gesellschaften an. Während dieser Veranstaltungen nutzen die Gäste Veranda und Garten mit, so dass man keine Privatsphäre hat. Der Vermieter plant deshalb, einen Zaun zu ziehen zum Haupthaus.
