Pour des vacances reposantes

Un endroit calme, retiré où on peut se reposer dans le jardin ou à la grande piscine. La maison est fraîche en été ce qui est un plus par ce temps de canicule…..grande maison spacieuse et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances… nous y retournerons certainement.

Ruhige Lage in ländlich schöner Umgebung ,in großzügiger Grünanlage mit sehr gepflegtem großem Pool mit freistehenderDusche,dazu 16 Liegesstühle,am Haupthaus seitlich angebaut ein großer Pizzaofen,Holz anbei,daneben überdachte Tischtennisplatte Komplette Küchenausstattung,3 Küchen vorhanden Innenausstattung der Zimmer sparsam,jedoch zweckmäßig,Waschmaschine an separatem überdachten Essplatz vorhanden, Kontakt mit den Besitzern des Gutes ohne Problem möglich(App/ Tel.) Ausflüge:Arezzo Florenz....

Magnifique maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille élargie. La maison est très spacieuse. Nous avions le bâtiment principale, sans l'annexe, et il y a 9 chambres et 5 salles d'eau. De quoi avoir largement de la place pour chacun. La maison est située dans une impasse, au calme absolu. La piscine est extraordinaire. Très grande, un grand espace autour avec de l'ombre tout au long de la journée grâce aux arbres environnants. Une maison a recommander les yeux fermés. Hôte très agréable et disponible.

Sehr ruhig, schön für Gruppen

Schön gelegen, gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Sienna, Florenz, Arezzo... Auch gut in Kombination mit dem Zug (Bahnhof in Ponticino). Küche etwas spartanisch ausgestattet und zusammengestückelt. Der Hit ist aber der Holz - Pizzaofen. Der Pool war an Ostern wie vorbeschrieben noch nicht in Betrieb (wäre aber auch vom Wetter her viel zu kalt gewesen).

Wir waren schon 4 mal in diesem wunderbaren Haus in Alleinlage Die Zimmer sind gross und geräumig. Der Pool gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten ist schön angelegt Alles was man braucht ist da Die Vermieter sind nett . Wir freuen uns schon wiederzukommen.

Tolles haus für große Gruppe mit Kindern

Hatten eine tolle Woche als große Gruppe (13 Erwachsene und 10 Kinder) Das Haus liegt toll alleinstehend im Grünen. Man hat viel Platz draußen und einen riesigen, umzäunten Pool was für alle großartig war! Die küche war, wenn auch bisschen chaotisch, so ausgestattet, dass wir uns gut versorgen konnten. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses war den Anforderungen gerecht. Einzges Manko waren die sehr weichen Matratzen!

Mooie locatie, onverzorgd huis

Podere Ritali ligt op een mooie locatie , zeer rustig ondanks de A1 op 900m. Het zwembad is zeer ruim en aangenaam, de keuken is ruim voorzien voor 25 gasten. MAAR. Het huis is ronduit verwaarloosd, de badkamers zitten vol schimmel. Sommige badkamers zijn zo klein dat ze amper de naam waard zijn. Zeer slechte bedden ( oude doorzakkende ressorts). Beddengoed en handdoeken waren wel proper. Het domein krioelt van de wespen, er zitten bijna zeker wespenesten. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk .

Fantastisch mooi huis op prachtige locatie

Wat een fantastisch mooi huis is dit. Verwacht geen gloednieuw huis, maar een echt Italiaans karakteristiek vakantiehuis. Het heeft her en der zijn mankementen, maar voor ons was dit geen issue. We verbleven hier met een gezelschap van 11 personen, het bijgebouw met slaapkamers was daardoor dicht. Het zwembad wordt elke 2 dagen schoongemaakt en de eigenaresse is bij problemen altijd bereikbaar. Ze vervingen de defecte koelkast binnen een dag. Veel mogelijkheden naar andere plekken in Toscane

Die Alleinlage ist einfach toll und ideal für unsere Gruppe. Unsere Vermieter sind auch sehr herzlich und nett. Wir haben ja schon öfter bewertet und werden gerne auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Perfekt für die Großfamilie

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren 12 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder (2-6 Jahre). Der Pool ist super. Sehr groß, sehr gepflegt. Da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt konnten die Kinder sich austoben. Der überdachte Außenbereich war gut als Sonnenschutz für die Kinder.

Vriendelijke, hulpvaardige eigenaars. Rustige ligging, ruime woning. Woning wel oud, niet zo goed onderhouden en stoffig. Er kruipt ook veel ongedierte rond: salamanders, schorpioenen, enorme duizendpoten, veel muggen. Groot zwembad, wordt tweedagelijks onderhouden. Degelijke pizzaoven. Grote, overdekte eetruimte aan een bijgebouw.Gratis wasmachine. Elekticiteit redelijk duur.Winkel op 3 km, supermarkt op 15 km. Mooie uitstappen mogelijk naar Firenze, Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, wijnboer.

Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit als Gruppe! Für uns mit 15 Personen war ausreichend Platz im Haupt-Haus. Der Pool ist riesig und wir haben viel Zeit darin und drum herum verbracht und relaxt! Es ist ruhig und mitten in der Natur gelegen. Die Eisdiele in Ponticino ist super! Tagesausflüge nach Arezzo, Siena und Florenz sind von der Entfernung problemlos. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Gartenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus ist insgesamt recht hellhörig.

Schönes Haus, schöne Landschaf...

Schönes Haus, schöne Landschaft, unglaublich nette Vermieter. Ein besonderes Plus ist der fußläufige Bahnhof (3 km durch die Natur). Reisetipps: Mit der Bahn von der Unterkunft sehr gut zu erreichen: Arezzo, Florenz und Trasimenischer See.

Twee prachtige huizen helemaal in Italiaanse sfeer, met ruime kamers.De oprit is onderhouden, mooi en het voelt direct ontspannen.De keukens zijn goed voorzien van spullen.De tuin is netjes en het zwembad is schoon.Overal zijn mooie tuinstoelen en ligbedden.Er is een mooie pizza oven en BBQ aanwezig.In de tuin is een overdekte ruimte voor bijvoorbeeld diner aanwezig.Wij zijn op deze locatie getrouwd en het was perfect.De hostess is behulpzaam, vriendelijk en begripvol.De kosten voor gas en stroom waren niet duur. Het kosten nog geen €10,– p.p.Twijfel niet, en geniet van dit mooie huis. Reistips: De steden Arrezo, Pisa en Florence zijn leuk.In de regio zijn er veel wijngaarden, zeker een bezoek waard.

Waren bereits 2007 (sehr Ok) u...

Waren bereits 2007 (sehr Ok) und 2012 (auch noch Ok) dort. Leider ist das Haus (Innenbereich) aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr zu empfehlen ('heruntergekommen', Sanitäranlagen (Dusche, WC) nicht sauber). Außenbereich (Pool, Pflanzen, Lage) ist nachwie vor in Ordnung, auch wenn Tische/Sessel wahrscheinlich noch von 2007 sind. Nach wie vor wirklich ruhige Lage (nahegelegene Schießanlage stört nicht wirklich, Zug stört nachts manchmal, hängt aber davon ab, ob man auf Vorder– oder Rückseite des Hausesschläft). Werden das Haus leider nicht mehr buchen, außer es werden im Haus einige Verbesserungen gemacht. Reisetipps: Arezzo (Altstadt), Cortona, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Greve in Chianti, Siena, Fattoria La Vialla, Valdichiana Outlet
