For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Terrace, barbecue. In the house: bicycle rental. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 20 km, sandy beach 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Beach service: From approx. the beginning of May to approx. mid-September, 1 sun lounger, 1 deck chair and 1 parasol per accommodation unit are included in the rental price.

Zufrieden und zu empfehlen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Objekt. Mit Kindern ist es sehr zu empfehlen! Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es da Kleinigkeiten nicht gepasst haben. Zum Beispiel die Dusche nicht abgeflossen ist. Wir beim Check in die falschen Schlüssel bekommen haben. Aber ansonsten waren Sie sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Objekt sehr empfehlen.

No water in Pool!! Take mosquito spray

I booked this property thinking I could spend days sunbathing around the pool. Nowhere on the booking did it say the pool would not be filled when I arrived. Therefore I was massively disappointed that the pool was empty. When we complained to agents we were told it would not be filled until the week after as we were out of season! With temperatures of 27C it definitely would have been nice instead we sat by an empty pool which had anyone slipped would have fallen and seriously hurt themselves as it was extremely dangerous but we had no option. The apartment itself was ok , very dated , small but ok . The hob was gas and the gas was supplied from a gas bottle under the hob- would not be allowed in our country as really dangerous, we made sure we disconnected after every use. Good Lidl and Eurospar for shopping but need a car . Also no kettle so ended up buying one from electrical shop- cost 25 euros, also no hairdryer or iron even though had 3.5kg washing machine. Comfy beds make sure close windows at night as there are mosquitos. Had a day trip to Venice, drove to Latisana parked car on side street and got train , cost about 15 euros return and took just over 1 hour. Overall good time and for the money it was good value .
