Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 (fenced), courtyard, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Pont de campagne,Cahors" 10 km, bathing lake "Lac vert à Catus" 6 km.
