Schönes und sauberes Haus, Eine gute Adresse für alle ,dass eine entspannten Urlaub in Marina di Massa verbringen möchten!!!, Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet für Urlauber, Eigentlich bis 4 Personen können hier gemütlich Urlaub verbringen. Grüße aus Deutschland .

Ferienhaus Massa
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Zentrale Lage. In 10min ist man mit dem Auto am Strand, 45min zu Fuß. Der Bus fährt zweimal/Stunde. Besonders schön ist die sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und die wunderschöne Blumen-Terasse. Die Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und bei Problemen und Anfragen wird sofort geholfen. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit

Zu erst möchte ich sagen, das die in manchen Bewertungen geschriebenen Mangel wie z.B. das Bambusdach oder der fehlende Grill, behoben wurden. Ein kleiner Grill ist vorhanden und auch die Terrasse wurde ordentlich überdacht. Ansonsten war es ein toller Urlaub, in einem wundervollem Haus. Die Gegend ist toll und es ist für jeden was dabei, ob wandern, Strandurlaub oder Städtetrip. Wir waren mit einem Hund da und auch das war kein Problem.

Comfortabele accommodatie
Het huisje was vrijstaand naast het huis van de eigenaar. Veel privacy. Een kleine patiotuin, maar ruim genoeg. Alles aanwezig en zeer goed 5G internet. Eigenaresse altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. Goed gelegen aan rustig straatje in stedelijk gebied. Op loopafstand van Massa (1 km.) Snelweg dichtbij, waardoor goede uitvalsbasis voor Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre en Florence. Alle voorzieningen op loopafstand. Meerdere bakkers, supermarkten en afhaalpizzeria's.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus....
Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Freundliche Vermieterin. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und Altstadt von Massa mit Restaurants und Cafés zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zum Strand besser mit dem Auto fahren. Reisetipps: Lohnenswerte Ziele in der Nähe: Pisa, Lucca. Florenz, Siena... Die Toskana hat so viel bieten.

In über 10 Jahren unserer Urla...
In über 10 Jahren unserer Urlaube in Ferienwohnungen und -häusern war dies die mit Abstand sauberste und gepflegteste Unterkunft die wir jemals hatten.Die Vermieterin, die gleich nebenan wohnt, hat alles mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Hinzu kommt die komplette Ausstattung (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, 2 Bäder inkl. Bidets) die teilweise noch sehr neu ist (z.B. die Küche).Es gibt in beiden Schlafzimmern große Schränke und eine Kommode, so dass man einen enormen Stauraum hat. Da ist auch ein 3-4 Wochen Aufenthalt kein Problem. Reisetipps: Dieses Domizil ist die perfekte Basis für die Erkundung der nördlichen Toskana, egal ob als Kulturtrip (Carrara, Pisa, Vinci, Lucca, inkl. Cinque Terre - auch Florenz wäre machbar), als Badeurlaub (es gibt sehr viele verschiedene Strände z.B. in Ronchi) oder zum Wandern (in den apuanischen Alpen, mit einem Besuch der Grotta del Vento).
