Beautiful house "An der Eine", renovated in 2021. 3 apartments in the property. 200 m from the centre of Stangerode, 15 km from the centre of Aschersleben, 15 km from the centre of Hettstedt, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with trees, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 15 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 220 m, railway station "Klostermannsfeld" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Wildpark Stangerode 600 m, Lunapark 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
