"de la Plage", 4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the patio. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

... es hat uns wieder einmal sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus bietet eine gute Ausgangsposition die Küste kennen zu lernen und liegt auch gleich am Wanderweg GR34 , sodass man gleich vom Haus aus starten kann, will man mal nicht fahren.

Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und "Problemchen" wurden schnell gelöst.(SAT Empfänger war kaputt, Gas Flasche wechseln). Allerdings hätte ich mir zum Kochen einen etwas größeren Topf gewünscht, es waren zwar ausreichend Pfannen (4) vorhanden aber leider nur kleine Töpfchen, keine Chance für z.B.Spagetti oder etwas "Eintopfmässig". Probleme hatten wir beim Öffnen der Haustür (Franz.Version, ist bekannt ) die ganz offensichtlich klemmte, eine Herausforderung

Die Küchenausstattung wurde überprüft und ergänzt. Auch die Tür wurde überprüft und sie funktioniert einwandfrei.

Heel fijn huis met riante tuin

Het huis is op de begane grond moderner ingericht dan in de slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping, badkamer en wc op bgg. De ruimte is goed en voorzien van alle nodige inrichting. Keuken is goed ingericht, wat fijn is want geen horeca in de buurt. Bed en matrassen zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe, klein en harde bodem. De tuin is ideaal (wij reizen met onze hond) maar is niet helemaal afgesloten. Afstand tot het strand is perfect, een paar minuten. Sleutelhouders zijn top!

goede ontvangst, huis tip top in orde, alles aanwezig vlakbij het strand, mooie uitstappen in de buurt Lannion, Ploumanech, Perros Guirec, Ile de Brehat bij slecht weer (hagel, regen) nogal veel lawaai door slaapkamers onder het dak.

Wir wollen wiederkommen

Wir haben das Haus zu zweit mit Hund genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden: Lage: ca. 200m vom Strand von Pleubian, Ortsteil L'Armor. Die Bilder geben den Zustand des Hauses sehr gut wieder. Negativ: Kein WLAN und nur eingeschränktes 4G Handynetz (Internet) Kleiner Hinweis für die Anreise: Das Haus liegt lt. Googlemaps und TomTom Navi im Impasse de Pors Rand (kein Straßenschild vorhanden). Auf den Reiseunterlagen war Impasse de la Mer angegeben.

Maison confortable idéalement placée

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison très confortable et idéalement située à 100 mètres de la plage et du sentier côtier. Très lumineuse et dotée de tout le nécessaire, la maison est aussi pourvue d'un bel espace vert... Nous avons préféré le poêle à cette époque de l'année ! La région est magnifique !

Vacances en bord de mer

Très proche de la mer , maison très bien équipée avec un grand terrain. A noter le terrain n'est pas totalement clos donc il faut surveiller son animal si celui ci est dehors.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet,...

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man braucht. Es hätte nur einmal eine Grundreinigung nötig. Die Küchenschränke sind alle verschmutzt und riechen sehr unangenehm. Im Bad hat es an der Dusche... Schimmelränder. Es gibt ein Doppelwaschbecken, leider war eines verstopft und man konnte es nicht nutzen. In der Küche waren auf der Arbeitsplatte immer wieder Ameisen unterwegs. Das war alles nicht zu angenehm. Der Garten ist sehr großzügig und das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Strand. Reisetipps: Pleubian ist eine kleine Ortschaft in der man alles einkaufen kann was man benötigt. Ansonsten ist nicht viel geboten. Am Strand beim Haus gibt es ein nettes Restaurant in dem man gut Essen kann. Man wird freundlich bedient.

Die Vermieterin konnte keinen unangenehmen Geruch der Küchenm&# 246;bel oder Schimmel in der Dusche feststellen. Die Verstopfung im Waschbecken wurde bereinigt. Leider gab es aufgrund der sommerlichen Hitze zeitweise tatsächlich vermehrt Ameisen. Bei Problemen steht die Vermieterin den Kunden jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.

Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes und geräumiges Ferienhaus. Der Garten ist riesig und lässt einen auch gerne mal im Liegestuhl verweilen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für mehrere Personen. Die nähe zum Strand ist absolut super. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Top!!! Reisetipps: Unbedingt die Sillon de Talbert, Plage Kermagen sowie Plage Pors Rand. Die Stadt Treguier, Creach Maut, Insel Brehat, Plousgresant, Perros Guirrec, die Abbay de Beauport und und und

Een erg leuk huis met een fijn...

Een erg leuk huis met een fijne tuin op een prachtige locatie bij een heel mooi strand. We hebben een top vakantie gehad en er twee prachtige weken mogen doorbrengen. Enige minpunt waren de bedden, die zijn kort en de matrassen niet heel goed. Reistips: Paimpol. De Vide Greniers in de directe regio. Lannion. Het Gallische Dorp en het Planetarium.
