Sports harbour 800 m, golf course (18 hole) 30 km, tennis 3 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Port Le Légué 800 m, Plage Les Rosaires 6 km, Festival Art Rock (juin).
"L'Oté rouge", 3-room terraced house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with TV, radio and wood-burning stove. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Upper floor: walk-through room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Interconnecting room with 1 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber gut gelegen und ruhig. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und wir haben sehr gerne den Grill genutz drauen gegessen gefrühstückt eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Normalerweise lebt der – sehr ...

Normalerweise lebt der – sehr nette Vermieter – selbst in dem Haus und vermietet es in der Reisezeit. Wenn man bereit ist, gewisse Mängel in der Sauberkeit und die im Objekt vorhandenen Gerüche nach kaltem Holzrauch und Abwasser hinzunehmen, geht es vielleicht. Das ist uns allerdings schon schwer gefallen. Nachteilig ist auch das Fehlen von Schränken, wo man seine Kleidung unterbringen kann. Wir haben insoweit zwei Wochen aus dem Koffer gelebt. Das Objekt entspricht im übrigen im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung. Die Kochmöglichkeiten sind auch für 3 oder 4 Personen ganz gut, die Ausstattung mit Küchengeschirr und sonstigen –utensilien ist ebenso gut. Ansonsten wirkt vieles ein wenig improvisiert. Reisetipps: Der nahe gelegene Sporthafen von Plerin ist touristisch nicht überlaufen, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. In den Restaurants trifft man eher auf Einheimische.In der ausreichend vorhandenen Gastronomie kann man gut und günstig essen und trinken.
