Sandra Lafolie hat uns herzlich empfangen und Einzelheiten erklärt. Die sehr saubere Unterkunft liegt auf einem gepflegten, riesigem Gelände mit Boulebahn, Spielplatz und jeder Menge Platz. Die Einrichtung gefällt mir gut, bequeme Betten, ein Bad mit riesiger Dusche, Kücheneinrichtung mit ausreichend Geschirr und Utensilien lassen keine Wünsche offen. Mein Hund und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Ideale Lage für Ausflüge und kurzer Fußweg zum Strand bzw. nach Sables D’Or les Pins müssen noch erwähnt werden und ein stabiles Internet fehlt auch nicht! Top

Excellent séjour de 2 semaines A voir, G34, marchés d'Erquy et de Matignon.A faire, Vélomaritime pour découvrir petits chemins et merveilleux villages. Ce logement récemment refait à neuf est idéal pour vadrouiller dans le coin et découvrir notamment le cap d'Erquy, le cap Fréhel et le fort La Latte.La cuisine est très bien équipée et les matelas fort agréables.Les enfants peuvent jouer librement avec un grand terrain mis à leur disposition ainsi qu'un terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong, toboggan... Bref, tout pour être heureux.La procédure d'arrivée est très facile et Sandra, qui nous accueille est très agréable et de bons conseils.Nous reviendrons ici avec grand plaisir.

Die Unterkunft ist lieblos eingerichtet und eher als beengt zu bezeichnen. Die durchgängig laufende Lüftung/Klimaanlage ließ sich nur zweistufig regulieren, zum Ausschalten musste die Sicherung deaktiviert werden. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, alles funktional, jedoch beengt. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen und sollte irgendwann mal ersetzt werden.

Wir waren schon öfter hier gewesen, weil wir die Lage ideal und die Preisgestaltung sehr fair finden. Die Anlage ist sowohl toll für Familien mit Kindern als auch für Paare mit Hund, da das Gelände sehr groß ist und direkt an den Wald angrenzt, wo man wunderbar spazieren kann. Obwohl man einen schönen Strand problemlos zu Fuß erreichen kann, ist ein Auto allerdings sehr zu empfehlen, um Einkäufe zu tätigen. Wir hatten schon das kleinere T3 und das größere T4 Haus. Das kleinere ist u.E. schöner geschnitten und netter gelegen - wer also schwankt, sollte lieber das kleinere nehmen.

Repos et calme

Une résidence au calme et dans la verdure. Idéal pour se reposer et visiter la région en toute quiétude. Logement moderne et bien équipés. Une adresse à retenir. Petit bémol sur la présence de tiques en quantité bien prendre ses précautions car on s'en est rendu compte en fin de séjour et notre chien était miné.

Séjour presque parfait. Site magnifique et calme, accueil très convivial. Le T3 loué était bien. Pièce à vivre et cuisine récemment refaits ainsi que la salle de bain. Les chambres à l'étage dont 1 avec un grand lit étaient propres, petit bémol, le matelas un peu fatigué. Seul soucis, pratiquement pas de réseau téléphone et wifi quasi inexistante. On nous a indiqué que ce problème serait réglé pour l'année prochaine.

Die renovierte Wohnung war sehr schön. Alles wichtige war vorhanden. WLAN hat stundenweise ausgesetzt. Störte aber nicht, da man wenig zu Hause ist.Hunde sind in der Hauptsaison im Haus willkommen,aber die Strände waren für die Hunde tabu. Schade. Der Service vor Ort ist super. Gerne wieder,aber in der Nebensaison,wo Hunde an den Strand dürfen.

Die Reihenhäuser im bretonischen Stil liegen phantastisch, die schönsten Stellen der Küste liegen nah. Das Anwesen ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Unser Haus wäre sehr schön, wenn es gute Betten und gute Polstermöbel hätte. Das Internet soll nicht gut sein, das stimmt nicht, es ist die allermeiste Zeit einfach nicht vorhanden. Die Managerin Sandra ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Merci Sandra!

Umgebung sehr schön, das Ehebett unbequem,man rollt zur Mitte. Stockflecken an der Decke im Schlafzimmer. Das Internet eine absolute Katastrophe. Leider bestehen genau diese Mängel schon seit Jahren... Wenn man sich mit der Ausstattung mehr Mühe geben würde, wäre die Residenz super schön. Service der Verwaltung vor Ort war super gut,danke Sandra!

Super erholsamer Urlaub!

Die Preise waren nicht nur für die Unterkunft super okay, sondern auch die dortigen Lebensmittel und das Benzin. Die Landschaft, das Meer so wie das gesamte Umfeld einfach erholsam und umwerfend! Am liebsten wären wir einfach für immer dort geblieben, obwohl der kostenlose Internetempfang unterirdisch war, aber Dank des Urlaubsfeelings nicht weiter störte!

Die Inneneinrichtung war gut und zweckmäßig, der Empfang freundlich. Wir hätten uns auch wohl gefühlt, allerdings waren unsere Nachbarn rechts extrem laut, ohne Rücksichtnahme, 4 köpfig, die teilweise so agiert haben, dass wir die Terrasse zum großen Teil gar nicht nutzen konnten und die Außentür geschlossen hielten. Ich würde nicht noch einmal ein Ferienhaus mit so enger Nachbarschaft anmieten. Man kann da durchaus Pech haben. Die Lage war in Ordnung.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit schlechtem WLAN

Das Haus war klein aber sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer großen Grünanlage und bietet viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Einzig das WLAN war schlecht und die mehrfach notwendige Logins waren absolut nervig.
