Private: property 500 m2 with trees, natural garden, meadow, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop "Les Cauquières" 4 km.
"Lozard", 3-room house 60 m2. Practical furnishings: living room with dining table, TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the garden and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

zweckmäßig und (über-)komplett eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Ruhige Lage an Wiesen und Wald, ideal mit Hund. Das 2 km entfernte Barjac bietet alles was man braucht!

Ruhiges Haus mit freundlichen Vermietern
Kleines, schlicht eingerichtetes Haus mitten auf dem Land. Anfahrtswege lang und kurvig. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub gut geeignet. Es sind links und rechts zwei weitere Ferienwohnungen (eine fertig, eine im Bau), die Terrassen sind versetzt. Die Ausstattung ist ok, ich empfehle einen ordentlichen Flaschenöffner, ein Mückennetz & ggf. Grillzange. Zwei bequeme Liegen vorhanden. Spühlmaschine braucht check. Im Haus kaum Handynetz, daher Kontakt nicht einfach, aber Vermieter extrem freundlich.

Ferienwohnung Lozard
wie angekündigt war alles vorhanden. aber der Zustand ließ zu wünschen: Dusche war nur Gepiesel, der Abfluss in der Toilette war katastrophal und sie war schwarz im Abfluss, der Kühlschrank innen defekt, Tiefkühlfach ohne normale Funktion, Fenster sollten einmal ordentlich gesäubert werden. Außenbereich und Terrasse: verschmutzte und rostige Liegen und Stühle, ungepflegter Rasen, Abfälle und Bauschutt am Grundstücksrand.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche wurde
erhöht, der Abluss des WC ges äubert. Den Gästen steht nun ein neuer
Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach zur Verfügung. Für den Garten wurde 2 neue
Gartenliegen angeschafft.

Sehr schöne Lage + Aussicht , ...
Sehr schöne Lage + Aussicht , man sollte etwas französisch sprechen können, sehr sehr nette Vermieterin mit sehr kulanten Bedinungen, ansonsten sollte man ein bischen improvisieren können – wir versuchen wieder hinzugehen – es hat uns Alles sehr gefallen! Reisetipps: im Sommer kann es sehr heiß werden, leider ist es ein Luftübungsgebiet des französischen Militärs! Barjac ist eine total nette Stadt – der Wochenmarkt am Freitag sehr zu empfehlen.
