Ideally located near VALLON PONT D'ARC. Very beautiful point of view on the river "l'Ardeche".
This house was completely renovated. Area very peaceful.
You will enjoy the river in any way you please (swimming, boating or fishing) from this wonderful location. Hiking and biking are also extremely pleasant. From the top of the Sampzon Rock, you will enjoy an amazing view over the surrounding contryside and you will go for many a pleasant walk downhill.

Agréable séjour dans une maison avec un panorama superbe

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et la vue magnifique, ainsi que la présence de la climatisation qui franchement était indispensable au vu des températures ! Elle est située pas loin du rocher de Sampzon à pied où les alentours offraient de très jolis panoramas, et à une quinzaine de minutes en voiture du centre ville de Vallon Pont d'Arc ce qui est raisonnable. En tout cas c'était un bon point d'ancrage pour découvrir différents endroits de l'Ardèche, région qui nous a beaucoup plu et qu'il convient de visiter de nouveau en dehors des périodes de fortes chaleurs pour en profiter davantage

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour Propriétaire très discret et très sympathique. Notre petite chienne s'est bien plu. Ce logement possède deux terrasses très appréciées Endroit très calme et à proximité de toutes promenades.

La maison se trouve dans un endroit au calme, bien situées et très bien équipées. La vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle. Un autre côté pratique car nous avions des amis avec nous est l'annexe permettrait qu'ils ait leur intimité. Je recommande cette hébergement est la region caest r

Wunderschöner Ort um zu Entspannen mit schöner Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und unser Hund hat sich im eingezäunten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir fanden, dass das Gebäude sich nicht so sehr aufgewärmt hat und es immer sehr angenehme Temperaturen innen hatte. Der Check In lief unkompliziert und wir wurden mit Gastgeschenken aus der Region begrüßt 😊 in vollen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne nochmal zu Besuch.

Vacance en famille réussie

Dès le matin, commencer la journée avec le soleil levant devant nos fenêtres c’est vraiment magnifique L’Ardèche est une belle découverte pour nous randonneurs, et amateurs de sport en famille comme le canoë juste à côté de la location ainsi que l’accrobranche à quelques minutes en voiture.

Jolie maison avec deux superbes terrasses. Une vue panoramique très agréable. Tout y est pour passer d'excellentes vacances avec son compagnon à 4 pattes, le terrain est entièrement clos.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Je recommande.

Bon séjour

La maison est bien située. On a une vue magnifique sur l’ensemble de la région de Vallon. La rivière est proche (30 min à pied) mais elle se mérite car ça grimpe dur quand on doit retourner à la location 😋. Une climatisation serait vraiment la bienvenue.
