Private: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bakery 1.2 km, bus stop 1.1 km, sandy beach "Plage de Rudoloc" 1.7 km, indoor swimming pool 14 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Roscoff" 36 km. "Maner Penfrat", 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Oil heating. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Très belles vacances!

Très bon accueil des propriétaires, chaleureux et discrets. Maison très bien équipée, calme, architecture intérieure magnifique (l'escalier est splendide!), pittoresque, beaucoup d'espace. Très agréable pour faire des repas en famille, dehors ou dedans. Proche du centre ville pour les petits commerces de proximité, et proche des très belles plages de Meneham. Déplacements possibles en vélo (locations dans un bourg proche), ou à pied, ou en voiture. Nous sommes tous très satisfaits!

Belle maison bretonne ancienne très bien rénovée

C'est une belle maison bretonne en pierre, spacieuse, avec une grande terrasse très agréable. Aucun vis-à-vis. Beaucoup de silence. La nature partout autour. Le village est à quelques minutes et dispose de tous les commerces. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et habitent juste à côté en cas de besoin. Ils nous ont offert une grande cagette de succulentes échalotes à notre départ. Merci à eux pour leur accueil et la qualité de leur prestation. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Une maison rustique, de qualité.

Très belle location. Très spacieuse et sécurisée pour les enfants car pas directement en front de rue. La maison est suréquipée. Rien n’y manque en électro-ménagers et en vaisselle. Literie de bonne qualité. Décoration raffinée. Situation idéale dans le village. Orientation Sud pour la terrasse bien équipée aussi. Propriétaires discrets, très aimables, habitant juste à côté. À votre service si besoin. Quelques détails: un hangar agricole masque la vue arrière ( pas dérangeant...). Maison en pierres, petites fenêtres , il y fait un peu sombre à l’intérieur, assez frais. Les points positifs énoncés confirment un très bon séjour( 2e quinzaine d’aout 2019).

Sauber, gepflegt und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Lage. WLAN und deutsche Fernsehsender vorhanden. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Reisetipps: Kerlouan selbst hat nicht sehr viel zu bieten, jedoch ausreichend Alternativen in der näheren Umgebung. Wer lieber einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub mag, ist hier genau richtig. Strände sind sehr schön und nicht überlaufen.
