Old country house "Meri". Above Cannero Riviera, 750 m from the centre, in an elevated position on a slope, 750 m from the lake. Private: garden (fenced). Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to 500 m from the house. 500 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 500 m. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 750 m. Marina 750 m, golf course (9 hole) 21 km. Nearby attractions: Verbania 12 km, Locarno 25 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The house is only accessible on a formerly mule path (not suitable for pushchairs), from the church in Cannero -here parking space- approx. 7-10 min. uphill.
"Meri", 4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels, east facing position. Practical and rustic furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV and CD-player. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds (length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 1 bunk beds. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.10. to 30.04. Small balcony. Deck chairs (4). Beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Fitnessaspekt

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne ruhige Lage mit einem herrlichen Blick über den See. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Lage direkt an verschiedenen Wanderwegen. So konnten wir ohne Auto wunderbare Wanderungen in die Umgebung unternehmen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war für uns absolut ok und gemütlich. Unser Hinweis an die Vermieterin: Der Fernsehempfang war nicht gerade stabil. Auch die Programmauswahl entsprach nicht unbedingt unserem Geschmack (außer den div. deutschen 3. Programmen).

Schöne Aussicht in einem abgewohnten Haus

Der Pflegezustand ist leider grenzwertig. Die Kochtöpfe sind uralt, die Pfannen ebenfalls.Brotmesser, Fleischmesser etc schneiden nicht. Handtuchhalter wackeln, Fliesen sind abgestoßen. Eine ordentliche Grundreinigung wäre angebracht. es ist nicht schmutzug, aber ungepflegt. In dieser Wohnlage wäre es schön, wenn Seife, neuwertige Reinigungstücher und Putzmittel zur Verfügung gestellt würden.

Maison avec jolie vue sur le Lac

Jolie maison, spacieuse, au calme, vue agréable et accès aux sentiers directement depuis la maison. Il faut cependant être conscient que l’accès à la maison depuis le village se fait à pieds (750 m et 100 m de dénivelés) mais ça se fait facilement et puis ça permet d’éliminer l’apéritif ou la glace consommé au bord de la plage. Dans la maison il manque peut-être des choses comme des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, du liquide vaisselle, une éponge, un savon dans les toilettes… pensez à tout apporter avant de monter. Mais pour résumer c’est une belle location et notre semaine à été très sympa !

Die Lage des Hauses bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore . Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist jedoch sehr anstrengend !Das Haus ist rustikal gehalten und müsste besser Instand gehalten werden . Reisetipps: Mailand muss man gesehen haben . Santa Anna mit Lagune und Bach . Verkehr chaotisch !

Das Haus und Grundstück entspr...

Das Haus und Grundstück entsprachen den Fotos und Erwartungen. Küche und auch sonst sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich. Gepflegt, ruhige Lage. Es war allerdings feucht kalt im Haus jetzt im Mai und die Heizung (Gas) für eine Woche (incl. Herd) 75,00 Euro ist schon recht viel....., zumal nicht jeder Raum beheizt wurde. – Was wirklich leider nicht so doll war, das sind die Betten! Zu schmal, auch für unsere erwachsenen Söhne, und keine gute Qualität. Wir haben leider alle nicht gut geschlafen! Das ist doch schon ziemlich wichtig im Urlaub..... Reisetipps: Cannero ist traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt, kein (optisch, Geschäfte etc.) nach außen hin "touristischer" Ort, Gott sei Dank! Motorbootfahren ist klasse auf dem Lago, man sieht sehr viel vonder Landschaft. Wandern ist auch toll, gibt viele schöne Orte in der Region. (Fast möchte ich das alles nicht schreiben, damit es so schön bleibt.... ) Gutes Lebensmittelgeschäft im Ort und gute Resstaurants.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage un...

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage und mit prima Blick auf den See. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, wenn auch einzelne Ausstattungsstücke, z.B. in der Küche, einfach, bzw. schon in die Jahre gekommen sind. Vermieter sind sehr nett, wobei für die Reisenden ein paar Brocken Italienisch zu empfehlen sind. Für den Aufstieg von Cannero zum Haus sind Energie, vernünftige Sohlen und jeweils eine Kamera für die vielen schönen Eindrücke zu empfehlen.

Wir sind das zweitemal in dem ...

Wir sind das zweitemal in dem Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Haus und Garten werden mit Liebe gepflegt, die Aussicht auf den See ist einzigartig, so dasswir uns pudelwohl gefühlt haben. Reisetipps: Man wohnt mitten in den Esskastanienwäldern, die Ende Septemberschon reif waren. Von Cannero aus kannman wunderschöne Wanderungen starten, und der schöne Strand spricht für sich.

ruime woning met mooie tuin en prachtig uitzicht.

Woning is dik in orde, echter moet de wandeling naar de woning, niet worden onderschat, als u slecht ter been bent, neemt u beter een woning die niet zo hoog ligt.
