Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter hatte angerufen sobald die Finca bezugsbereit war. Die Abrechnung vom Strom basiert auf Vertrauensbasis. Würden die Finca wieder buchen.

Die Gäste können nicht überprüfen, ob der ihnen in Rechnung gestellte Verbrauch von Strom und Öl korrekt ist, da sie weder beim Einzug noch beim Auszug Gelegenheit haben, die Zählerstände zu überprüfen. Da darf es nicht verwundern, wenn Verbräuche in Rechnung gestellt werden, die weit über dem von zuhause gewohnten Maß liegen - exakt in der Höhe der Kaution.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Die online Bilder werden dem eigentlich überhaupt nicht gerecht. Sehr netter Vermieter (kann auch deutsch). Wir waren zu fünft für eine Woche dort und alle waren begeistert (29-34 Jahre) Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Leider nicht der Standard, den wir erwartet hatten. Viele Möbel älter, wie aus einem anderen Haushalt ausrangiert. Das Haus riecht stark nach Mottenkugeln o.ä. Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt, dadurch viele Mücken, auch im Haus. Gartenstühle sind billige Plastik Stapelstühle ohne Sitzkissen. Abflüsse riechen. Schade, war nicht so schön

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Zwischenzeitlich wurde das Haus nochmals überprüft. Der Garten und die Rasenfläche am Haus wurden sehr gepflegt vorgefunden. Das angrenzende Grundstück mit Zitrus- und Olivenbäumen ist naturbelassen. Die Einrichtung ist im klassischen Stil gehalten. Bei den vorhandenen Möbel handelt es sich um hochwertige Vollholzmöbel. Ein Geruch nach Mottenkugeln konnte nicht festgestellt werden. Auch die Abflüsse wurden kontrolliert und sind in Ordnung. Die Plastikstühle auf der Terrasse wurden durch neue in moderner Korboptik ersetzt. Sitzkissen, auch für die zweite Sitzgruppe aus Holz, sind für alle Stühle vorhanden.
