The entryway includes a coat closet with storage space and a windowed restroom. The spacious living area consists of a well-equipped kitchen with wine refrigerators, a fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, etc., a dining area, a cozy sofa corner, and a 55-inch smart TV. From here, you can access the bedroom, which features a high-quality double bed and a smart TV. Next door is the spacious bathroom with adjustable wellness ambient lighting, a built-in radio with Bluetooth, a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in rain shower, and a Finnish sauna with an infrared area. A special highlight is the 25-square-meter covered balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedroom, which is equipped with sun loungers, a seating set, and a hot tub. From here, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the magnificent landscape. Enjoy your private wellness and relaxation area! Right next to the house are covered carports with a charging station for your electric car, as well as a lockable bike storage room. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also available. A 30% prepayment may be charged after booking. The remaining balance must be paid in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys are provided via a numeric code. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. A visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per person/night is payable on site. Bed linens, towels, parking, Wi-Fi, and the Bavarian Forest ActivCard are included in the price.
