Welcome to the Rabenstein Suite! This luxurious apartment, with its 50-square-meter garden terrace, offers plenty of space and comfort for four people. It is located on the lower level and is accessible via a private, barrier-free entrance. The entryway features a coat closet. The spacious living area consists of a well-equipped kitchen with wine refrigerators, a fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, and more, as well as a dining area and a cozy couch corner with a 55-inch smart TV. The expansive window front offers a stunning view of the garden and the magnificent landscape. Both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality double beds and smart TVs, and each offers access to the terrace. The master bathroom, featuring adjustable wellness ambient lighting, a built-in radio with Bluetooth, a toilet, a spacious vanity, a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in rain shower, and a Finnish sauna with an integrated infrared area, is your private wellness oasis. The second bathroom features an additional toilet and a shower. A special highlight is the 50-square-meter covered terrace with a seating area, sun loungers, and a hot tub. Enjoy your private wellness and relaxation area! Right next to the house are covered carports with a charging station for your electric car, as well as a lockable bike storage room. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also available. A 30% deposit may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys are provided via a numeric code. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. A visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per person per night is payable on-site. Bedding, towels, parking, Wi-Fi, and the Bavarian Forest ActivCard are included in the price.
