In the centre of Latte Ventimiglia 6 km from the centre of Bordighera, 8 km from the centre of Menton France, 4 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 50 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: park (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug. pool opening hours: 09:00-12:30 and 15:30-19:30). Outdoor shower. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. Width of access road: 200 cm. Public parking 50 m on the road. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 200 m, bakery 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Ventimiglia" 4 km, sandy beach 800 m pebble beach 50 m. Nearby attractions: Giardini Hanbury 8 km, ventimiglia Alta 4 km, Balzi Rossi 8 km. Please note: railway line closeby 20 m from the property.

Balcony furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 2 at the house.
