Toller Kundenservice

Der Aufenthalt war super. Der Schlüsseltresor war einfach zu finden und es gab keine Probleme.Das einzige Problem, was es bei der Anreise gab, war der gebuchte Parkplatz. Dieser war leider belegt (da kann aber der Veranstalter nichts dafür) . Nach dem Telefonat mit der „ Notfall Hotline“ (da Anreise am Sonntag) konnte ich erst mal auf einem anderen Parkplatz stehen. Die Mitarbeiterin war super freundlich und direkt hilfsbereit.Am nächsten Tag rief ich im Büro an, um mich nochmals zu versichern, wie ich weiter vorgehe, da der Parkplatz noch immer belegt war und es einem Mangel gab. Wieder hatte ich eine super freundliche Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, die sofort den Hausmeister in Kenntnis setzte und mir mitteilte, wie Ich bezüglich des Parkens weiter vorgehen.Fazit: trotz des schlechten Wetters war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und toller Unterkunft.
