The former village school offers ideal opportunities for relaxation, especially with children and pets.
There is a large communal garden with playground equipment and patios, a barbecue area, and a ping-pong table. Part of Steffis-Strand-Schule is the Seestern apartment—simply deluxxxxxeeee....4 bedrooms or 5 bedrooms (one on the loft), 3 bathrooms, and several loft areas for chilling out and relaxing.
Private garden with a playhouse, grill, and covered patio.
Kitchen fully equipped with appliances and beautiful tableware. Endless space spread across 177 square meters of living area. Large dining table for the whole family with an adjacent open kitchen.
A freestanding bathtub and fireplace round out this luxury apartment.
