• Relaxation First: We ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events. The vacation rental is intended solely for your relaxation.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the vacation rental. We ask that you smoke only in areas outside the house.
• Rules for Your Dogs: To keep things clean and pleasant for everyone: Please do not let your dogs on beds, sleeper sofas, or upholstered furniture. We also ask that you keep all common areas and walkways clean.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours starting at 10:00 p.m.—to ensure a restful stay for everyone.
• Tidying Up Upon Departure: We ask that you leave the apartment in a tidy condition and swept clean upon departure. Finally, please strip the beds and pile all dirty laundry in one place.

💰 Transparent Prices & Fees
Full transparency is important to us so that you can plan your vacation without any hidden costs.
All-Inclusive Price:
Your rental price is transparent and final. There are no additional costs for final cleaning, electricity, water, or heating.
Child Policy:
Children under two years of age stay with us free of charge.
Tourism tax:
The tourism tax for the municipality of Nohfelden (currently €0.50 per person per night) is charged separately.
Exempt from this tax are:
• Stays for business purposes.
• People with a disability rating of 50% or higher, along with their companion.
• Children under 3 years of age.
