Weather was pleasant enough that we didnt need HVAC much at all. Host was very accommodating and welcoming. Would stay there again if revisiting the area.

Every about this villa is lovely. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, and communication was great. The villa was very clean on arrival. It had every amenity we could possibly need. Having access to 2 terraces on the ground floor was great, but the real win was the rooftop terrace. The views were wonderful and it was a really comfy space to spend time in. The pool is ideal for younger children, my 3 year old could stand up in the shallow end, whilst my 5 and 8 year old loved the deeper side. The bedroom in the basement does not have air condition, but it was so cool in the room that it was not needed, even in August. The location is ideal, only a 10 minute walk into the busy town, but the house itself was in a really quiet area. There were no negatives about our stay here. I can happily recommend this villa. 10/10

Karl und Edith sind die perfekten Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Haus ist wunderschön, man kann von oben auf den Gardasee blicken. In wenigen Minuten ist man am See und auch in der Stadt. Sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch!

Sehr gepflegtes, schönes Haus. Einrichtung top.Super Aussenanlage (Pool, Grill, Liegen, auf jeder Etage Gartenmöbel) Zentrale Lage für Zentrum, Busbahnhof, Hafen. Gastgeber sehr sympathisch, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Zu jeder Zeit gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in der tollen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für 6 Erwachsene war alles vorhanden und großartig fanden wir die vielen Terrassen sowie den Chillturm. Man hatte genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wenn man wollte. Auch der Pool mit Liegen war nie überfüllt und so konnte man auch dort mal Relaxen und sich abkühlen. Wir danken den netten Gastgebern Karl & Edith für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und deren Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir würden das Objekt wieder mieten, wenn es an den südlichen Gardasee geht.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Im Kühlschrank stand sogar ein kleiner Willkommensgruß. Stadt und See fussläufig und das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und gut aufgeteilt. Der Parzio herrlich mit schönem Ausblick. Auf Wunsch wurden sogar zusätzliche Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Selbst auf eine kleine Beanstandung wurde eingegangen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub am Gardasee geht zuende Wir haben die Zeit bei Karl und Edith sehr genossen. Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus liegt zentral am yaxhthafen, in 2 km kann man in castelnuevo nahezu allein am Strand liegen, das Zentrum ist fussläufig erreichbar und zwei große Supermärkte liegen um die Ecke. Also alles in allem toll. Edith und Karl waren jederzeit ansprechbar und hatten gute Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Ferienhaus ist in einer ruhigen, sehr gepflegten Anlage. Das Haus war sauber und toll ausgestattet. Toll ist, dass den Gästen sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen, so dass man schnell zum Strand oder Bäcker radeln kann. Besonders toll sind die verschiedenen Terrassen. Auch den Pool haben wir fast täglich zur Abkühlung genutzt. Die Gastgeber Edith und Karl haben uns freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus

Die Beschreibung passt zu 100 Prozent. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Restaurants, Altstadt, Strände sind alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Man hat immer eine Terrasse in der Sonne und eine im Schatten, so dass man jederzeit draußen sitzen kann. Die Dachterrasse (der Turm) ist riesig. Der Pool ist für eine Abkühlung und ein Sonnenbad sehr schön.Das Auto/ die Autos stehen sicher und kühl in der Tiefgarage.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die Terrassen haben uns begeistert – je nach Tageszeit konnte man sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten genießen und wunderbar entspannen.Innen war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist ideal: In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt und direkt am Gardasee. Wer es lieber ruhig mag, kann einfach den gepflegten Pool auf dem Grundstück nutzen – auch dort war alles sehr sauber.Ein großes Lob an die herzlichen Gastgeber Edith und Karl, die uns freundlich begrüßt und jederzeit zur Verfügung standen. Als während unseres Aufenthalts etwas kaputt ging, wurde es umgehend ersetzt. Auch bei der Abreise waren sie sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Besonders praktisch: die Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Haus – gerade bei An- und Abreise ein echter Pluspunkt.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Erfolgreicher Urlaub am Gardasee

Nach einer ereignisreichen Woche am Gardasee sind wir nun wieder zuhause angekommen.Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, war unsere Unterkunft in Peschiera del Garda bei Edith und Karl. Sie sind sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeber, wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet und bot ausreichend Platz für unserer 5 köpfige Familie. Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang und man erreicht die Altstadt und den See.Unser Fazit: Wenn wieder Urlaub am Gardasee ansteht, werden wir wieder dieses wunderschöne Haus wählen.Absolute 1 A Empfehlung. Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Edith und Karl.Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es verfügt über 3 schöne Terrassen und eine überdachte Dachterrasse mit einer Longe, die auch bei Regen zum gemütlichen Zusammensein einlädt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, immer präsent und stets bemüht den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.Vom Haus aus sind das Stadtzentrum, der See und Strände , sowie mehrere Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar.

Magnifique maison

L’appartement est très grand, neuf ,très propre et très confortable! Décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien entretenu par les propriétaires, qui sont des très sympathiques et accueillants . Un grand plus - la terrasse sous le toit juste incroyable.

Ein toller Aufenthalt!

Das ausgesprochen geräumige und modern eingerichtete Reihenhaus hat als besonderes Highlight eine gross überdachte Dachterrasse, welche zum Erholen und Sporteln einlädt. Edith und Karl haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen, eingewiesen und herzlich verabschiedet. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglicht fussläufige Erkundungen des städtischen Zentrums Peschiera als auch Radwanderungen entlang des Ufers. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke
