Este condominio lo hará sentir como si estuviera de vacaciones en el momento en que se estacione en su estacionamiento reservado justo en frente de la piscina (espacios de estacionamiento adicionales en el complejo). Sin pasos, pronto estará de vacaciones con el condominio a solo unos metros de la piscina. El complejo solo tiene 12 unidades y es muy tranquilo y relajante.

Te encantará la unidad actualizada tan pronto como entres en el amplio plano de planta. Todo está ubicado en un nivel y cuenta con tres amplias habitaciones con dos baños completos, que incluyen una bañera de hidromasaje en la suite principal. Cada habitación tiene una suite king, televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD. La gran sala de estar tiene un sofá cama, TV de 55 pulgadas con reproductor de DVD, además de un colchón inflable tamaño queen. La cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y preparada para alojar a 8 personas, lo que la hace ideal para reuniones familiares.

La cubierta privada cubierta tiene espacio para todos y no le llevará mucho tiempo descubrir la verdadera razón por la que estos condominios se llaman Table Rock SUNSET Condos. Los escalones de la terraza te permiten caminar directamente hacia el agua que está a solo unos metros de distancia y disfrutar de tu propia área de playa privada.

We are located in a residential area with only 12 condos, so you get to enjoy the stillness of the lake on one side, friendly neighbors walking around the loop on the other side and have time to sit and relax at the end of the day. We visited at low season almost had place to ourselves. We brought our dogs and loved the tile floors for them! Clark suggested we bring chairs for the lakefront - so glad he did - we were down there everyday. Plenty of room for us and saw lots of deer. Loved the place!

Thank you for spending a week with us this year !!! The end of August and the first o September are always slow in Branson, kids are back in school and it is always hot. I love to be at the condos when no one is there, you do kinda feel like that you have the place to yourself, from early morning coffee on the back deck to no one at the pool. We used to travel with a dog, she took her last trip about 3 years ago, she loved to see the deer in the back yard, used to be lots of squirrels, sometimes the bald eagles will fish down by the water, and we have even had fox spend the night under our back deck steps. I always invite guests to bring a sack of deer corn with them and feed the animals. We always spent lots of time down by the lake, we would swim, fish, kayak, and just sit and watch the boats go by. My favorite now is to put up a hammock and enjoy the afternoon. With the steps off the back deck, it is a short easy walk down to the water. Thank you for staying with us this summer !!! The condos sit as close to the edge of Corp property as you can get (the line is about 10 ft off our back deck) and you do have a good view of the main channel of the lake with some amazing views and sunsets down by the water's edge. We spend lots of time down by the water watching boats go by, fishing, or just watching sunsets. We have had the same cleaning company since we started and they do a great job for us, summertime is busy but they always get things ready for our next guests. We did a few updates last year with a few more planned for next year. we’ve rented a lot of places from vernon but this was one of our favs. the ones were very responsive to a potential problem that we could have had. the place is creat clean, modern condo with the comforts of home. you’ll really love this place. a great way to watch the sunrise or sunset.

Thank you for staying with us !!! Glad you got to bring your old puppy, we used to travel with a dog. She made her last trip to the condos about 4 years ago, got really sick and she and I spent a relaxing week at the condo while she was getting better to make the trip back home. She really enjoyed going and being with her family. The condos are called Table Rock Sunset Condos for a reason, the sunsets are beautiful, the mornings are always full of animals in the back yard area (it is fun to watch the deer, squirrels, sometimes a fox and even bald eagles. I could sit on the back deck all morning to start the day. We hope to do a few more updates next year, just don't know what they will be yet. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon !!!!

Relaxing place to stay by the lake! Clean, spacious with plenty of seating in the living room, and a great deck looking out at the lake. The owner was great to communicate with.

Thank you for staying with us at the beginning of summer. We usually open the pool at the beginning of May so you guys had perfect timing, not a lot of people in Branson and the condos are quiet and relaxing. The condos was built for residential living and the kitchen, living areas are full size and the deck just adds an extension on to the living room. We are on the main channel and it is always fun to sit and watch the boats go by, even better to walk off the back steps and stroll down to the lake and sit and relax. Thank you for staying with us this Spring !!!! The spot has changed some over the years, the view of the water is better (we cut a couple of dead trees a few years ago), I kinda miss the old oak trees but the view of the lake improved. Indian Point now has so many things to do on it from Silver Dollar City, boating, kayaking, renting golf carts, you can actually spend all day on the Point with plenty to do. We are a small complex with only 12 condos, located in a residential area with a place to get a great hamburger right next door. If you like to relax on vacation, and still be close enough to the strip to enjoy, this spot works our great. Thanks again !!!!

Thank you for staying with us during Spring Break !!! The condos sits as close as you can to the edge of Corp Property so access to the Lake is easy off the back deck steps. I have spent hours down at the Lake, fishing, kayaking, watching boats or just relaxing for the day. We have lots of families that stay with us, the condo is almost 1800 sq, ft, all on one level and the back deck adds another 200 sq. ft. so everyone has room to enjoy their trip. SDC is about 10 minutes away and the best part is that it is only 10 minutes back to the condo after the day at the park. The back deck is a great place to sit and watch boats go by, watch the sunsets, or just sit and relax. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon !!!

We really enjoyed our stay and would book here again in the future. Clark was very accommodating and kind. The condo was also very nice and being by the lake was great. It was little drive to Branson, but it was nice to be out in the nice scenery.

Thank you for staying with us during Spring Break !!! We are at the end of Indian Point, in the middle of a residential area, so the condos are quiet and relaxing. With only 12 condos, somedays you could be the only car in the parking lot. Silver Dollar City is right 10 minutes so we are a perfect location for Lake and SDC. Indian Point now has a few more things to do on it, so I don't run into Branson often but still usually go once a trip. It does take about 15 minutes to get back to the Strip so we always spend the day when we go and then relax at the condo. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon !!!!

Thank you for staying with us again this year. About 35 % of our guests are return guests, some of them probably know my condo better than I do. The first part of March is always a fun time to be in Branson, the town slowly opens back up, but is not crowed and the weather is usually good during that week. it makes for a very relaxing week at the condo. Thank you for staying with us this Christmas season !!! I think we were the first condo in the complex to decorate for Christmas and now I think almost everyone decorates their condo. About 40 % of our guests this time of the year are returning guests and they really enjoy the decorations, several families have brought their children for years and the kids really enjoy seeing decorations everywhere they go. The lake is fun to watch this time of the year, not real busy but beautiful to sit and watch. I know you guys made a trip to Silver Dollar City, we love how easy it is to get in and out of the park and it is so relaxing to be back at the condo in just a few minutes. Thank you for staying with us this summer. Silver Dollar City is a must do when you are in Branson, and we love to go as often as we can. Christmas time is my favorite time to go and it seems like it is just right around the corner. We enjoy waking up to the lake view, watching the deer out back, the short drive up to spend the day at SDC and the fun part is the 10 minute drive back to the condo. Thank you for staying with us this fall. It looked liked it was a quiet time at the condos. October is one of my favorite months at the condo, the weather is a little cooler, leaves have started to change and the town is slower during the week.. We do have lots of families that stay with us during the year, with three large bedrooms, we have plenty of room for grandparents to come or for the kids to bring friends to go to Silver Dollar City. We are getting ready to go up and decorate for Christmas this year and we are looking forward to the Christmas Season. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon.

Silver Dollar City is right up the road, the best part is getting to the park and even better when it is time to go back to the condo, no traffic and crowds to deal with. We are a small complex so usually very quiet and relaxing, it is fun to sit and watch the lake, see a few boats go by and admire the deer in the back yard area. We use the kitchen a lot so it kinda has almost everything that you need from a crock pot to breakfast griddles. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon !!!

Thank you for staying with us this summer. The condos are very spacious with about 1800 sq. ft all on one floor and the deck adds another 200 sq. ft during the summer time. We have lots of families stay with us because of the size of the condos. We are as close to the shoreline as we can get, the Corp property starts about 10 feet behind our deck, and with the steps off the back deck, it is easy to go down to the Lake and enjoy the water. We spend more time down by the Lake than we do at the pool. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon.

Second stay, great place!

We really enjoyed our stay.We had family visit for game nights and they loved it!

Thank you for staying with us again. We have lots of repeat guests each year and we use the condo about 30 to 40 days a year. Family nights or even days are the best, the condo is big enough that you can enjoy your days just hanging out. Sitting by the pool is a must and most of the time, you have the pool area all to yourself, the back deck is a great place to sit and visit and it is a short walk down to the shoreline to just sit down and listen to the waves hit the bank. At the end of a long day of doing nothing , you can walk next door and grab a burger. Lots of families stay with us, we don't have any steps so grandparents love it, and the condo is all on one level with king beds for everyone. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon.

Thank you for staying with us this summer. We love the location of the condos, we sit in a residential area, a small complex, and it is usually very quiet and relaxing for summer trips. We walk around the neighborhood in the mornings, get to say good morning to the locals, during the week we usually have the pool to ourselves during the day and we are close enough to all of the activities in Branson, it is a perfect location for us. We are getting ready for summer to start to wind down and the Fall is even a better time at the condos. The leaves begin to change colors, the weather is cooler, pool usually stays open until the end of September and the condo complex gets even quieter. Thank you once again, hope you get to come back soon !!!!

Thank you for staying with us. We love the location, on the main channel of the lake with wonderful sunset views, only 800 yds from the Marina, in a residential area, and close to Silver Dollar City !!! The last couple of trips, we never left Indian Point except to run into town some days. We have a perfect place to walk in the mornings (the neighbors are friendly), a great deck to sit and relax, a back yard area for a game of frisbee golf, and several places to eat without leaving the point. Thank you once again, hope you get to come back soon.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The manager/owner communicated everything we needed to know plenty in advance.

Thank you for staying with us at the end of summer !!! We usually keep the pool open until the first part of October, weather is always good and guests (kids) don't mind of the water is a little bit cooler. It is fun to have families stay with us, the bedrooms are separate and are big enough to have king beds in all of them and it makes it nice to have all of the bedrooms on one level. With the outdoor living space (back deck) the condo has about 2000 sq ft available for guests to enjoy their vacation. September is a great month to be at the condos, especially during the week, not many guests and often times you feel like you have the place all to yourself. We live in Central Arkansas , being an active Real Estate broker we enjoy spending time with our families and friends. We have been to Branson several times and we really enjoy the family atmosphere the town holds. We make short trips to Branson throughout the year but really enjoy the Fall and Holiday seasons. Having a vacation home will give us more time to discover new adventures in the area.

This condo made us feel like we were on vacation the minute we walked it, it is very spacious and lets us invite family and friends to come and stay. The condo allows us to be located close to all of the activities in Branson or allows us the opportunity just to relax in the peaceful surroundings. The Corp property out back makes it seem like you have a huge back yard that someone else takes care of and the view is beautiful from the water's edge.

Walk in level unit with with designated parking, very spacious allowing you to actually feel like you are on vacation, small complex with GREAT location for fun and relaxing.
